Had won previously had no trouble with withdrawal received 6hrs later this week I had won 1500 whilst in game play it kept updating my game then a message stating scheduled maintenance so I made withdrawal of 1500.00 fell asleep and when I woke I checked my bank no money then checked my royal reels account 16¢ no withdrawal pending I messaged them only to be told that I had cancelled an that I played the amount down which I stated that I hadn't done this I told them that I withdrew money at 12:15am before the 1am scheduled maintenance they said that there hasn't been any scheduled maintenance I assured them I hadn't played and they told me it's my problem that Im responsible for the missing funds

If I could rate no stars i would.
This site has taken over 500 from me no small wins no big wins nothing. I've leveled up with there system and nothing. I can't even use the bonuses sent to my email address when I try to and when I contact support they claim its my fault and refuse to help. Do not trust this site do not spend your money here.

I was playing treats of terror on royal reels. I was in the middle of a bonus feature (which was doing very well) the game froze and crashed. I refreshed the page and haven’t been able to access that one game since. All other games work expect that one. I’ve been backwards and forwards with there tech support and nothing has been done. Extremely poor and wrong! Now I’m emailing them and I’m getting no response.

I've been punting thru this site for over a year. I would have to say normally it's a pretty good experience, pay your money play the games take your winnings within 4 hours what more can you want? Xmas time last year i won 18k got my money out ok. But had my account indefinitely shut down. Ten mins after I deposited 600 dollars. Emails back n forth documents sent documents approved and it's all golden. Well that was till Saturday when I tried to withdraw my second $9000 daily allowance my account wasn't frozen but my withdrawal just stopped mid request. This was Saturday nothing heard from the company by Monday so I hit the chat and asked what was the hold up. That's when I was informed that my account was under review for KYC. But my account was fully functioning except the withdrawal because I still had fifty thousand in my account that I was going to withdraw. After 5 days of the money being there and not getting any fresh answers why I proceeded to gamble what I won. That is my fault I accept that. Im still waiting for a response to all my documentation to be.approved. and not once have they given me a time frame.

If I could leave no stars, that's what I would do, an absolutely crap rip-off site you'll start off ok.. then you will find there isn't a chance in hell you will even get a lousy free game. Not fun. Go somewhere else and if you find a decent one let us all know.

Started off ok, but now has no live chat function. Requested self exclusion and got ignored on email. (Was fast to reply on other occasions about depositing)

Wrote a review here two and a half months ago, about royal scamming me out of my $28k win. They replied asking for more information, which i provided, and still have not heard a damn thing from them. Beware of these guys. They don’t even bother helping out loyal customers.

I requested a withdrawal of $3000 on the 4th of April 2025, they advised me through their live chat that my withdrawal was approved the same day.

The next days they requested my documents for KYC verification, I emailed back what was required and now they keep delaying it saying they need more time to verify my documents, even though it states in their terms and conditions it takes 1-2 business days to approve it.

It's now day 6 and they still give me excuses and refuse to withdraw my winnings.

when you win and they make you wait for so long to process your withdrawal. almost 1 month already and still says in processing. Normally if it real and not scam should take 1-2 business days. They keep asking for verification and documents then tell you there is a que before you and have to wait. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now.
After winning $500. They have asked me to verify my identity (which I currently did on the 24th March) and have been in contact with them daily in regards to my withdrawal and can still not provide valid responses or justification to the delay in verifying my identity let alone paying my win out!
I will never deposit into this site ever again!

Won $1500 tried to withdraw, got asked for bank statments, copy of drivers license and a bill with my name on it, have not heard or seen my money for weeks, inhave emailed there team and no repsonse

I done a withdrawal on the 18th of March and I still have not received my money, I have tried to cancel the withdrawal and it states that there are nothing to cancel. I have sent 3 emails to the Royal Reels email with snip shots yet now one has come back to me. I personally think they are a scam and are out to just take peoples money.
