Absolutely awful experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my Land Rover in for a routine service and somehow it came out worse than when I dropped it off. They managed to misplace my service records, overcharge me by a laughable amount, and then acted like I was the problem for questioning the bill.

The staff were disinterested at best, rude at worst. Communication was nonexistent — I had to call three times just to find out the car was "almost ready," which turned into another two-day wait. And when I finally picked it up, it reeked of oil and the "check engine" light was still on.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy stress, unexpected fees, and watching your vehicle deteriorate in the hands of people who clearly don’t care. Worst garage experience I’ve ever had — and I once had a mechanic duct-tape my bumper as a fix. This was worse.

Had an excellent experience at RR London - been looking for a reliable independent after my guy retired - been given the runaround by several other so called Landrover experts in London recently so when my Discovery developed a fault I thought I would try these guys - so glad I did - what felt like an expensive fault was diagnosed as relatively simple and straight forward. The guys really know their Landrovers and I'm happy I've found them,

I feel very privileged as a Range Rover owner to have found RR of London 3 years ago when I first purchased my dream car.
The team are always amazing when it comes to looking after my pride and joy, their knowledge puts the main dealers to shame. Nothing is ever to much when it comes to helping solve a problem.
If you love your Range Rover I would strongly suggest you check out the team at RR of London, you won’t be disappointed

Look no further for your independent RR specialist, I was in a situation where my RR was not functioning the air from suspension bags & Reservoir was deflated and was sitting on its bump stops, I then contacted RR London and spoke with Carlos and he was very reassuring and asked me to bring it in for diagnostic,when I got there I spoke with Micheal and Carlos and then meet konrad who are all genuinely nice guys and actually resolved my problem and explained a few other things and had me on the road and on my way in no time. 1st class customer service and honesty which is highly valued. Very much satisfied with service from this professional specialist place. Took my Range Rover evoque for repair, staff was very professional and friendly (specially Micheal) top man. RRL have been looking after my various LR Discovery's for more than ten years now. These guys know their LR's inside out. Very professional service, full video walk-through of the work to be done beforehand. A lot less expensive than the main dealer but with main dealer levels of experience. No LR service is ever going to be cheap, but at least this is reasonable.
When I was last in there (yesterday) they were working on a recent plate AM Vantage, so someone trusts them with very expensive cars indeed.

Excellent customer care and attention, mainly from Carlos and Konrad.
Strong recommend RR London Garage to all Land River owners.

Just had my first visit. Konrad is a great guy and so obviously an enthusiast for RR’s and backs it up with his vast knowledge of them. Going to a new garage for the first time is always daunting but everything at RR London was first class from start to finish. Their work is top class and their charges put the stealership to shame.
100% satisfied customer ( I am sure one of many) .

Hello Not sure if you know this Place but instead of going to your main Dealership for Servicing and to get ripped off -
You might like to Sample these guys for Servicing instead!!
They provide an excellent Extended Warranty Service which is second to none.
Konrad & his Team are doing an excellent job and would definitely recommend them.
Would just like to highlight this Garage as servicing is really top Class....

I popped into RR London because I didn't like the service I was getting at a LR main dealer and I was looking for a more personal service from someone who would take into account the relatively low mileage I do a year rather than generically saying "you need new tyres and new discs" and I have been using RR London ever since.
Their knowledge and service are first class and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They are very friendly and are always on hand to help - I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

I have purchased many Ralph Lauren clothes over the years due to the service and quality of the products. Never again will I purchase anything from them.
My latest purchase, a pair of RRL officer khaki chinos for £175 from their Carnaby St store in London. Greta service and really happy with them - until I wore them. For some reason all around the pockets there appeared blue marks for no reason. At first I thought it was rubbing against my keys and phone and then yesterday they were worn with nothing in them and still these marks appeared. Clearly there is a fault with the manufacturing process.
Called the store and nothing he could do unless I bought them in - impossible as I live 100 miles away and bought them on a trip to London. Contacted customers services online and nothing they can do as they only deal online. Completely stuck with an unwearable pair of chinos and £175 down.
Will be taking this up with trading standards and Citizens Advice.
All RL seem bothered in is producing sub standard rubbish for Bicester and making a killing that way. Bought some items from there recently too only for them to sag, loses shape etc and you can instantly that a lot of the stock in there is made for there and not up to the usual standards. AVOID

Highly recommend RR London, Konrad and the team are always professional and friendly. We have been using them since June last year and their service is efficient, reasonably priced and we were always kept informed /updated. Great and refreshing to have a local and honest specialist garage.

Konrad, Michael and team are real credit to themselves. We needed a little bit of work done on our old but newly purchased Range Rover and their guidance and level of diligence was very reassuring. The finished work and care for the car was excellent and we couldn’t have asked for more.

They are a pleasure to work with and I would confidently recommend taking your car to them.

These guys are truly amazing. If you have a Range Rover or Land Rover in the SW London area you gotta go there. Quick, complete, efficient. Amazing pricing and you fall back in love with your car every time

Brought in my Range Rover P38 to Konrad and his team and they went above and beyond to restore it to its former glory at a very competitive price. Fantastic job with the car and stunning service. Well worth to take a Range to a specialist like RR.
