Hadn’t heard of this store before I bought this couch but so glad I did - such good prompt over the phone customer service, quick delivery and delivery guys were also super helpful and friendly! And most importantly LOVE the couch - great quality! 100% would recommend

Wonderful service from start to finish. Maria went out of her way to check stock for items and arrange a superfast delivery. The two delivery men were great too.

Oh and the vanity unit is stunning !

Excellent updates prior to delivery and the two guys who delivered the sofas were six star!!!!

I ordered Rubeza Scott 3 seater Velvet sofa in blue- the sofa is absolutely amazing, the colour is fantastic, it is super comfortable and stylish. The delivery guys did a great job taking it upstairs and placing in the living room. Unfortunately the company did quite a poor job with delivery organization, providing me with the time slot from 10am to 12 pm when the sofa was delivered at 2pm. Which is quite disappointing considering it is time taking off work. However, they offered me a solution that I was satisfied with. Hopefully they will improve delivery window service , everything else is very good, especially the quality of the product

I recently purchased my second sofa in 6 months from Rubeza. I love the sofa and the service. It is so easy to deal with this company. I would highly reccomend Rubeza to anyone. Once again they were quick to contact me with accurate delivery information and the sofa itself is just perfect. I must love them, I now have a matching pair 😀

I can’t recommend Rubeza highly enough! From the start, the staff at Rubeza were quick to respond to my enquiries and answered all questions in detail. I ordered the sofa on Sunday and they delivered it first thing Tuesday morning!!!!! We absolutely love it, it is just as described on the website. A fabulous product and fantastic customer service. Sofa is excellent quality, comfy and looks amazing. Delivered exactly when they said it would be.The delivery guys were great, squeezed it up the stairs which wasn't a problem as it was well packaged and they set it up exactly where I wanted it. Love my new sofa!

Good efficient service. The large mirror was packed well and carefully. It arrived in the time stated. It was intact although it might be a good idea to put a "Fragile" label on it.
