Amazing service. arranged for my delivery to Jersey sofa arrived quickly and great communication to keep me up to date with process.
Sofa is beautiful and just what I wanted, really pleased, Highly recommended.

They say it's a curb side delivery, they are not wrong. Pallet was dropped on pavement obstructing the path making pedestrians have to go in road. We have a double width drive that could of been used. No email or text with estimated delivery time, so I wasn't in for the delivery.
Product seems reasonable, however clips for access to cistern are poor quality and make panel fit wonky.

Excellent service from start to finish. Absolutely love our basin tap, the design is something special for a good price.

The quality and design of the sofa is really good. Very comfortable and elegant. Exactly the kind of think i was looking for. Service is very good. Received calls a couple of times before delivery which was very helpful. Team was great delivered and assembled everything which is really appreciated.

Free delivery, 1 item was damaged and this was rectified very quickly.
Would definitely use them again.

You delivered my Vanity unit to the billing address instead of the delivery address.

I now have to find a truck to move it 40miles.

As agreed Rubeza were good to their word and collected my vanity unit on a date to suit myself and delivered to my home.

An absolutely amazing service from Rubeza. They turned up slightly earlier than anticipated so we hadn’t yet moved our old sofa. Undaunted, they soon moved it upstairs for us. The next issue was getting the (slightly bigger) sofa in. A “pivot” situation ensued, but in no time my beautiful new sofa was in situ. I was impressed with the level of service - far better than I have experienced in similar situations in the past. I am writing this review while lolling on my extremely comfortable and gorgeous sofa.
