Transport delay

After an initial delay in delivery, Essentials tracked the situation and worked to resolve it. I understand that issues can happen, and I appreciate that a prompt resolution was provided. Additionally, they tried to mitigate the issue with a courtesy discount for my next purchase. I still shop at Essentials.

Product doesn’t work like it should

Product doesn’t work like it should.
The magnets don’t stick for long enough, even when the skin is 100% clear and clean. This was a gift as well.. Really disappointing :(
They did wrap the package though, that was really cute.

Stop stalking for reviews

Stop stalking for reviews. This 1 star is based on the shitload of reminders for reviews, not on the product. Just ask people 1 time and leave them alone after that. If they don't want to give a review don't keep mailing them.
Edit: I never said I was happy with the product just that the product is not a 1 star. I might have given the product a 3 star review in the best case. I don't write reviews only if the product is really good or if it's really bad to warn others. With this product I wasn't really happy with it and part of the product (nose stickers) didn't match the packaging and description in the box, which I found annoying. I don't think company's are really happy with a 2 or 3 star review so I do them a favor and don't write one.

Why not choose positivity and support, helping each other along the way? When we’ve delivered a good product and worked hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, a small compliment would mean the world to us. We pour our hearts into this business every single day, striving to deliver the best experience possible. It’s disheartening to see all of that effort overshadowed by a one-star review.

Do you know how much impact a single one-star review can have on a small business like ours? It’s heartbreaking to receive such feedback, especially when it feels unbalanced with your overall experience.

We also want to clarify something that may not have been clear: every customer receives a maximum of three review requests. If you leave your review after the first email, you won’t receive any further emails from us. What’s even more puzzling is the platform you’re responding on, Trustpilot, which guides businesses like ours on the best practices to engage customers and earn positive feedback. As we’re still learning what works and what doesn’t, we don’t always know what customers like or dislike yet. We’re navigating this as a new business, doing our best to improve along the way.
