Contacted Andy through Sue his wife who was very helpful over the phone.
It was late Saturday afternoon.
I had been having issues with warning lights appearing on the dash and had the van into the garage the week before, had forced regeneration done to the dpf, oil change and road tests to the nox sensor.
Travelled back from Manchester to Ramsgate and everything seemed fine up until the Saturday took it for a run to Dover and all the lights came back on.
Andy came out on the Tuesday done diagnostics check and live data and said adblue tank was the problem, addressed that
and the van has been fine since and has given me piece of mind travelling to and from Manchester as we're going to be here for a few months, so thanks again Andy.

very fast response to my enquiry, and due to a cancellation Andy was here the next morning.

Had my Audi TT tdi remapped today, Andy fitted me in at very short notice, a really nice genuine guy who really knows his stuff, also sorted another issue I had with vehicle, totally transformed the car, highly recommended engine tuning company

This is now the 3rd car I have had remapped by ruby tune , unfortunately like an idiot I had a car tuned by a different tuner between these cars and instantly regretted I'm not sure how some of these cowboys are aloud to work on people's cars .. ruby tune are a different class completely I have learnt my lesson and won't take my cars anywhere else in the future our audi has been transformed

From start to finish, great coms with Andy and Sam who answered all questions and concerns, the car is transformed, MPG much better and car much more responsive, no idea what the one star guy was on, but Ruby are better than that, Andy is very approachable and puts you mind at rest. highly recommended. This is not worth the money. Did my car and it was never the same asked for a refund but said it was to late for the time period that had past and a year or so on still can't get the car right so be careful.

I've done about 8,000 miles in my 2018 T-Roc
R-Line since RubyTune worked their magic and gave it a Stage 1 sports re-map. I hadn't been very impressed with the standard power and torque when I got the car, so I called RubyTune and spoke to Samantha who was really friendly and knowledgeable. She got me booked in within a couple of days and Andy re-mapped the car on my driveway. It's made a real difference, it's now a fun car to drive - not exactly a hot hatch, but more like a warm one.. Good fun to drive around Welsh mountain roads with 20% more torque and it's slightly more economical (if I drive efficiently).
I highly recommend these guys, I think I'll be re-mapping every car I own from now on!
