I am from Australia and very much impressed with overall services of Rudra Centre. Admin team and Pooja Coordinator were very helpful in explaining everything and replying to queries and provided all pooja videos and photos immediately after it was finished. Pooja itself was so purely and genuinely done with full devotion and rituals by the priests..I will definitely get my future poojas from them and also availing other services.

I have been buying products from Rudra Centre for over a year now. I am very impressed by the quality and efficient service provided with each order. I am a UK customer, and I highly recommend.

Over the years i have bought several items from the RUDRA CENTRE including Rudraksha Beads. Ihave also purchased a number of Yantras and i must say all have done and continue to do what they stipulate. The items have helped in my work environment and home life making things a lot easier for me in these trouble times. My last purchase was a Ganesha Ring done in the different metals i can tell you i have never seen a more excellent piece. I must give Credit to Ms.Neeta as well as her staff member Siddharth🙂 who i correspond with on whats app anytime i am going to make and order. This last piece the GANESHA RING is simply BEAUTIFUL and the craftman ship is something i can only imagine. I would therefore like to recomment that this centre is the best place to have all your wishes and desires fullfilled by a competent staff. MAY SHIVA BLESS YOU ALL

I was very pleased with the services I received. I am someone who does traditional pujas quite a lot, and as such I know alot about them. During a time in my life when I could not physically perform the ritual, I booked a few at the Rudra Center. I was impressed with their level of detail, and speed in getting the photos. It was a magical experience.

They are friendly, courteous and conscientious.

I am at peace with the Pujas and Divine Products they gave me.

I had ordered various product in past from Rudra center and I have been very satisfied with their product and services. Especially in this one instance where I ordered gold rudraksh mala which had few issues. I raised my concern to Nishi, who has always been handling my orders. She immediately came in the action and processed the replacement and made sure that all quality checks are performed and Mala meets all the requirements. In my experience with Rudra center, I have encountered Nishi for all the orders so I can speak for her and her team that they will never let you down and will make sure that you are happy with your product. I am happy customer and all thanks to Nishi and Rudra center team.

I’ve got several products in a short span of time and everything is great and the service is amazing. If I have any queries/ alterations to my order Nishi has been great in coordinating everything for me. Can’t ask more. Thank you !!

BEWARE!! Do not buy any gemstones!! We bought an expensive bracelet with a yellow sapphire as a Christmas present for my husband. The website pictures looked very good with a nice color. They sent a picture to be approved before mailing it but they placed a yellow background behind it to hide how pale the stone was. When we contacted them, they requested a picture. We sent them a picture with a white background and you can see how pale the stone is. It looks like a white stone. We never heard back from them, in spite of several e-mails. They have the worst customer service!! They do not stand by their products. Good luck if you buy any gemstones from them.

After my review was posted I was contacted by Syddharth from Rudra Centre who really took care of the problem. Not only did he replace the yellow sapphire stone but he replaced all the stones and reenergized the bracelet for my husband. He was very helpful, patient, professional and a true gem! Thank you Syddharth, you are a great asset to Rudra Centre and now again I would recommend buying gemstones from Rudra Centre as they responded and stood by their product.

The team is very professional and systematic. Right from the analysis provided/remedies suggested by the holistic coordinator to the priests performing the puja and then the team sharing the photos/videos and the puja tokri. It has been a very good experience.

I received a wonderful gift, a gauri Shankar rudraksha which harmonizes the relationship of the couple. As soon as I wore it, the effect was quick, my husband was very happy to see me come home and greeted me with joy, the harmony of my couple has remained stable to this day, it's been 3 weeks that I say. grateful to have received this magical gift.

Recently I purchased two ganesh kantha malas. The second piece came in and was of the wrong sized. Sagar Mavani has been extremely careful and guided me to the return and replacement of the correct sized mala. He exhibited professionalism and kept to his word of seeing through the replacement and ensured all was well.
