Disappointed with the whole process. My pooja was supposed to be 4.5 hours. After 1 hour phone got disconnected and the pooja service never called back. Tried calling back and no one picked up. Prasad came in with ants sealed inside. Silver on the gemstone ring tarnished within a month. Very low quality.

I am a long term customer with Rudraksha Ratna. Have bought brass pooja thali's, pooja ritual items and so on.
Couple of weeks ago I placed an order for a heavy brass abhishek Gaumukh large pot which was beyond words to describe. It was beautifully crafted on a heavy brass. lots of details. I am very pleased. Like wise, I ordered Matsaya Luxmy Kund Shivling Golden Shaligram. However, I received Purshottam Shaligram instead. Just an email and the error was rectified within couple of days by Aishwarya. She made sure it arrived on another courier without any further additional charges within 3 days to UK. Everything was dealt in a professional manner with prompt email replies. I am impressed. I was asked to keep the Purshottam shaligram as a gift from Rudraksha Ratna.
I had been buying pooja items from Rudraksha Ratna because of their product quality and packaging, customer service, prompt emails, and fast delivery service.
I will be returning soon with another order :)

Ordered the Laghu Rudra Puja. The priests conducted the puja with great devotion. Very happy with the service from the priests and all the team at Rudra Centre. Highly recommend.

I use to order at rudracenter, but i have been waiting about 3 weeks now stil no answer of sending , just only that i have to pay more for my sending , if you mail... You have to wait a couple days to get the answer.

I bought a nine Mukhi rudraksha and a ma Saraswati yantra ring. The custom response team was very polite and their delivery time was fast. The packing of the items outdoes my expectations. Honestly, I'm saying this; they outdo other companies in the aforementioned services. Thank you. My review is quite late, which means I am thinking of ordering something again and it reminded me of them.

I am using their product and service since 2013, always got the best Quality products. Special Thanks to Divji, who is very friendly and helpful, even he help me with a small matters.

I'm very happy with the items I received. The Yantra is beautiful and hopefully the Rudrakshas will show the benefic results soon, with God's blessing.
The packing by Rudra Centre was very nice and the delivery was prompt.
The support staffs are very helpful and responsive.

I am a senior Captain having worked for several international airlines. The last of which is Qatar Airways. I was going through a bad period and someone asked me to immediately wear a rudraksha mala. At that point in time I didn’t even know what a rudraksha was, let alone how I should get one !

The Rudraksha beads are of very good quality, and sphatik Mala which I received is of finest quality, communication was swift and friendly, I highly recommend Rudraksha Ratna.

I've bought many things from this store and always thought they were good to deal with until I had to get appraisals for gems. The blue sapphire was a spinel and the red rubies were pink sapphires!!! And to think I spent so much money on that!

Buyers need to be aware of what's going on and get the gems checked, the appraisal sent with the gems are nothing but a fake made in-house.

Received the wonderful gift of Nepal Rudraksha plant securely packed, with pot and soil, beautifully planted. Robust big beautiful rudraksha plant with lovely bael leaves, banana leaves etc. Divij from Rudra Centre made my day. Thank you very much indeed. I am very impressed. God bless.

I absolutely love Rudra Centre's products. I've purchased many items from them, and, each time the quality is exceptional. The rudraksha beads and gems are so beautiful, with such lovely jewelry designs that perfectly compliments each bead and gem stone. I'm experiencing healing from wearing the prescribed rudraksha beads and gems combination. I've also found Neeta and all of the staff that I've had interactions with to be very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company and cannot say enough good about it.

Rudra centre organization were so prompt and informative about each step of process, got vidhi done so nicely and sent us pictures and Prasad. I wish I could give more stars to Rudra Center. Great work. I needed certain amount and variety of leaves to perform Shiv Pooja at home. I approached Rudra Center ten days before pooja and requested then to ship the leaves to USA.
The reason I wanted to give more than 5 stars is
1. The team was always available to answer questions.
2. I didn’t even have to follow up, this show their accountability and responsibility.
3. The delivery was on time
4. The leaves were very well packed
5. The temperature was well maintained inside the box
6. Leave were completely fresh as if they were plucked from the tree an hr ago
