2nd Xmas Rugby Jumper purchased. Great service as usual. Correct size dispatched in good time. Looking forward to see what designs they come up with next year.

Don't buy from this site, it is over a month since by order went in. I have made 3 telephone calls, none answered you can only leave a message. Also sent emails non of which have been answered, I now my grandson is not going to get his sweatshirt for christmas, so they have stolen my money

Further to my review last week Rugby Nut have not made contact and despite me calling and leaving another message asking them not to ship the wrong size, the jumper arrived this morning. They ask for query emails to be sent to fanhelp@rugbynut which doesn't exist.
Shocking service and I would avoid at all cost as they say they are a family business and even ask if you want to add a tip to help them. I'll give you a tip.... look after your customers and provide a better level of service.

I ordered a Ruby sweatshirt it arrived but was small size,I might have made a mistake but was convinced I ordered a large.I emailed Rugby Nut who have responded and it even says on their site do not send more than one email or you will go to back of queue,which is strange. So I assume they have many enquiries thry can't cope with, or it's a ploy to stop you contacting them.I have read from a previous review they will not exchange if wrong size ordered which in my opinion is poor customer service.

Great designs suitable for all the family. I purchased a number of items as Christmas presents and am really impressed with the quality. I was particularly pleased with the ladies' and girls' range and can't wait to see the reaction my daughter and granddaughter receive when they wear their 'your daughter, my daughter' and ' normal girl, Rugby girl' tops at training and matches.

As always great purchase. Excellent quality and value for money. Very speedy delivery. One very happy Grandson.

I’ve bought a couple of children’s & adults T-shirts in the past, they wash great & haven’t faded. Just bought a couple of hilarious Christmas jumpers ( not too risky), they are amazing!! My son can’t wait to wear his & now I’m thinking of getting myself one 🤣 I’d definitely recommend rugby nut for the rugby nuts out there! 🏉🏉

Why on social media are you advertising Christmas "jumpers" which are clearly sweatshirts? Totally different manufacturing and material..very misleading!

I have had t-shirts from here before for my husband. Excellent quality. Great print. Wash lovely. Great choice of colours. Great range of sizes. Delivered quite quickly. Definitely recommend. Definitely order from here again.

Ordered 3 T shirts. Two arrived very swiftly. Still waiting 7 weeks later for T shirt no 3. All paid for on 31 Aug 24. Have sent 3 e-mails and rung company twice. No response, nada, nothing. This is the 2nd time Rugbynut have failed to deliver. I will not use again and advise other customers to shop elsewhere. What you get is good quality - getting it is the issue!

Quality of t shirt fine and a good fit .
Promised delivery on Wednesday ordered on Sunday received on Friday after chasing them Thursday .
Order notification gave post office tracking number , when this was used post office didn’t reconise it !
Apart from that problem all ok

Great quality and comes in recycled packaging

The items are high quality material.
The script I always appeals to my rugby brain.
They wash well and stay in shape unlike many a front row.
They arrive quickly as well.

I ordered a Christmas jumper which was the wrong size. I contacted them and they agreed to replace it and give me a discount for life. “Unfortunately” my size was out of stock and despite several attempts to contact them I still haven’t received a replacement or my money back. Apparently they don’t give refunds.

Zero customer service. Emails ignored. Can’t get through on the phone. Returns not accepted without contacting them! They say they are a family business which I had loved, but will never order from them again. Ref order no RN15597

Nice fun product (mugs) slightly let down by website discount codes not working (repeatedly). All sorted in the end & fast, well packed delivery
