Very bad experience with Dr Rug vacuum today.

The machine was extremely dirty, with old and dried fabric stuck to it. The filter was also filthy and full of fabric, hair, and debris left by previous customers. In addition, the water tank had not been cleaned and contained dirty water.

This is completely unacceptable. Before we could even begin our work, we had to clean the machine ourselves. We should not have to clean equipment that we have paid to hire. The vacuum should have been properly cleaned, emptied, sanitised, and checked before being given to us.

We paid for a professional service and expected the equipment to be provided in a clean and usable condition. Instead, we were given a machine that was unhygienic and clearly had not been properly prepared for the next customer.

I am extremely disappointed with this service and do not believe we received what we paid for.

Really easy to book pick up and drop off

I received a wrong product but when I let them know they answered fast y solve my problem sending the correct one. Very good service

Machine is too too heavy and the suction on it is very poor.

Machine and hand tool were in a dirty condition.

The machine was filthy when I collected it, dirt in the filter, dirty collector box and dirt all underneath. It leaked very badly using the tool on the stair carpet. I did call and the support was good telling me what to do in regards the keak

Not the best .. the first machine was faulty and when I had a look underneath there was not way it had been cleaned I could have made a carpet with the hair. Returned and got a discount so not so bad but these machines only go backwards making the job longer. I ended up going over with a Vax to save time and clean it again. Don’t think I would hire again.

Machine worked well. But shampoo is greatly overpriced !

Unit was effective and hire price was reasonable. The detergents looked overpriced so I used the stores own brand and achieved great results.
