The machine was filthy when I got it. Full of black dog hairs. Much bigger and heavier than expected, did a good job but tools were difficult to put on.

Easy to book, easy to use.
Easy to book online, collected from local Tesco locker which was simple to access. Machine cleaned several mattresses and carpets very well, left them pretty dry. Would definitely use again.

machine was rubbish
machine was rubbish, realised half way though that water was being released from the machine all the time and not just when the red button was released
despite me spending 2 hours trying to get water out of the carpets they never dried and smelt so foul i had to replace one and spend time sorting out another
would never use your machine again and would urge against anyone else using them

Outstanding results beyond my expectations and very nice customer service
I didn’t expect that machine with rug doctor detergent would do such a fab job. Amazing results completely over and above my expectations and takes a very little effort to use it.
Moreover their customer service is excellent

Very unimpressed
Very unimpressed. Turned up to collect my reserved machine and the locker was empty. No one at customer services in Tesco was able to assist and the phone number provided was not available. Had to book a separate machine and am now awaiting a refund.

Gives carpets a deep clean
The machine really does get loads of muck out of carpets - far more than I ever realised was in there!
It works best in a larger room, as the machine would be rather cumbersome for a small room with obstacles. But I am very pleased with the results

Not good this time
We love using the rug doctor every year but this time when we got the machine it was placed into my car and leaked everywhere as we didn’t notice it was half full already. When we used it the back pipe connection leaked every time we used it. Before we started using the machine the filter and the plastic cover was covered in dog hair from the previous people! We had to thoroughly clean the machine before we could use it!

Carpet has cleaned up very well
Carpet has cleaned up very well. The only negative was the carpet cleaner was nit cleaned after the previous use which we had to clean the brushes covered in somebody elses hair!! Not nice

Great experience using Rug Doctor. The machine did a brilliant job and made a noticeable difference to the carpets. Simple enough to use and saved us the expense of getting someone in professionally. Would definitely recommend
