Excellent company to deal with and the customer service was superb, which is a rarity these days!! Delivery was prompt and I was kept well informed. Rug was lovely but unfortunately didn't suit the space properly so messaged rugette to return the item. They responded very quickly and everything from thereon was quick and easy. I would definitely purchase from this company again and am looking to order another rug.... hopefully picking the right one for my lounge next time.

The BEST choice in designs and EXCEPTIONAL customer service
I used to be a bit apprehensive ordering home furnishings 'unseen' but have been lucky with all the online companies I have ordered from since moving area. I would say that this company, Rugette, is exceptional when it comes to customer service. They respond really quickly to any query you might have concerning their rugs. There is a remarkable choice of designs; I really enjoyed looking and choosing...and had such a long 'saved' list in the end, I could only wish I had a 30-roomed mansion to buy for. They also seem to have a greater choice of shapes and sizes than other rug companies. The rug I chose - a 140cm square blue/grey - was despatched quickly and received sooner than I expected (delivered by FedEx, with good notifications) I am pleased with the quality of the rug and I like the backing/underside which ensures that the rug 'sits still'. There really is no need to look anywhere else for a rug...

I purchased a small rug for my front foyer. The rug was beautiful and well made…almost perfect. But the primary color clashed with the chair and drapes nearest to it. I contacted the company who responded quickly with an exchange. Prompt and courteous service!
