Had a great experience with this company recently - I purchased one of the washable rugs which is half the price of the competitor rug that I also own, and so much easier to use! No faff with a velcro base, it sits on my wooden floors without being slippy, looks great. I'm about to purchase another one for a different room. Also light enough to fit in my 11kg washing machine without compromising on quality - super impressed. Also 5-star customer service - they are brilliant at helping and providing a great service.

Great customer service.
I was hesitant to order from them, as I didn’t know much about them and I usually order from Amazon, due to the easy return process, but I really liked their wide selection of sizes and colors, which is what I was looking for.
The order arrived exactly when they said it would and the rugs were of great quality.
Unfortunately they didn’t match the decor in my home.
I was surprised at how prompt they were at getting back to me when I reached out to inform them that I needed to return the rugs.
They were more than understanding that sometimes pictures on line don’t look the same in real life.
They were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
They promptly refunded me when the return was complete.
I recommend doing business with Rugette, as I would definitely order from them again.

This company is a scam - don’t believe the reviews. I ordered a rug that I paid way too much for considering the quality. It arrived in unmarked, unprofessional packaging from Turkey with a customs note that misrepresented the contents. The rug lasted 3 months before completely shredding. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a rug from Rugette for the first time. I was wary about buying a rug online and trying to "match" it to my decor without "seeing" it. The rug arrived - fabulous quality I might add. However it did not quite suit my decor as I had hoped and I should have bought a larger size. Dealing with the customer service team to initiate a return was such a pleasant experience! Not at all what I had anticipated or how all companies handle these situations. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The ordering process was seamless. We were really happy with the design and quality but, unfortunately, the rug didn’t work in our hallway (no fault on the rug but on the angled space). The customer service team was prompt and friendly, and sorted it out in no time. Would definitely recommend it!

Hello, I am a senior who is moving from an all rug house
to an apartment with wooden floors.

I ordered a huge rug that unfortunately didn’t look quite right on my wood floor or against the colour of my sofa.
I therefore requested a return which was arranged quickly and promptly. The refund arrived a few days later.

We would like to kindly clarify that we only asked whether the mark could be wiped off because, in some cases, marks caused during transit or packaging can be temporary and easily removable. Of course, if the stain had not come off, we were fully prepared to send you a replacement rug.
Regarding the packaging, washable rugs are generally folded for shipping due to their structure and international transit process. Any fold marks usually settle naturally within a few days once the rug is laid flat.
We’re genuinely sorry that this situation led to disappointment and a 1-star review, as customer satisfaction is always our highest priority. We always aim to offer the best possible support and solutions whenever an issue arises.
