Initially impressed but clearly poor quality
I was pleasantly surprised by the rugs I received. Given the price I wasn’t expecting much but they were decent quality and have really brightened up our room. We are still toilet training our dog so have had to wash them a couple of times and they have come out still looking great and dry quickly. Would definitely recommend!
EDITING: spoke too soon and on third wash fell apart in the wash. Owned them for less than 3 weeks.
EDITING AGAIN: Customer service was very good and arranged immediately to replace the rug.

What a bonus to find an online company with such exceptional service. Easy to order apart from spending hours trying to choose the right rug because they have such a great selection. Was delivered quickly which surprised me as I had ordered what I thought was an unusual size. Lovely quality with a good grip backing.
