I bought the most beautiful rug from this company for my hallway unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and when the rug was delivered it was 10 cm too wide and curling up the wall.Rugette were so kind told me to return the rug and they would send the replacement ASAP. This they did and the new rug arrived in 5 days.
I am delighted with the new rug and the design is by perfect for my space . Customer support treated me with kindness and courtesy. The problem was quickly resolved and my rug is taking pride of place in the hallway,thank you to all involved

Received full refund - very reliable business
My rug's delivery was delayed due to a FedEx issue over the Christmas/New Year's holidays. I reached out to the Rugette customer service team and although they escalated the issue, FedEx failed to ship my rug for several weeks. The Rugette team issued a full refund. Considering the large amount I had paid for a 10x10 rug, this was very appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again if given the opportunity.

Rugette has been wonderful from start…
Rugette has been wonderful from start to finish. I ordered a rug 2 weeks ago and it came within 5 days free with international shipping, it was beautiful and exactly as advertised! After the first weeks we realized we would love something a bit bigger to fill out our space so we emailed them about doing an exchange and they were so helpful and quick to respond in setting up the return procedures. All in all I couldn’t recommend Rugette enough and will definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered 3 rugs from 3 different…
I ordered 3 rugs from 3 different washable rug competitors online. This is by far my favourite for several reasons. Firstly, the all in one doesn’t slide. Secondly, the colours are vivid and I am not keen on the distressed look as a washable rug will distress on its own with washing. The only thing is I wish there were more patterned options. I also prefer tufted rugs for bedrooms so this brand for me is more of a hallway/kitchen runner option.

We ordered a really lovely pink-bordered dalmatian spot rug from this company. It was delivered with no issues. I did have a question about the pattern, so I emailed customer services and they came back to me really quickly and resolved my question - it did take me a little time to find the relevant email address on their website.
