Customer service was excellent. Response to questions was immediate. Options were provided for a rug I ordered that was not a suitable color. The rugs are high quality, really nice product. A very good company. I highly recommend Rugette.

Pretty rug, great customer service. Need rug pad.
The rugs I purchased were beautiful. My favorite was the Yasmin red runner. The colors are reds with warm golden tones. I love the variety of sizes. I will say the rug is thin (to make it washable) but is fixable with a good quality rug pad. Also, I reached out to customer service to return one and they were responsive and helpful. All around good experience.

Customer service is amazing! When my runners didn’t work, gave me several suggestions.
The runners were extremely nice, well made, just the colors didn’t work for my house.
I would definitely shop there again and highly recommend.

Rugette is based in Türkiye Istanbul. It takes about 1 week for UK delivery.
I had a couple of questions, my first order took 1 week to dispatch, but then delivery was 2 days with Fed Ex. Customer service is excellent. Delivery was good.
The rug looks just like the images.
Only thing i'd say is, the rug i got anyway, is what id call a cheap rug. It's not a John Lewis quality - BUT - it's not John Lewis price either. So you can expect a rug that is on the lower quality side if it's only £100. That said, I'm sure I've bought cheaper rugs that are better quality from other brands like Benuta. I didn't feel my rug was worth the £120 paid for it, thin and flimsy. But it does the job and looks pretty -colours and pattern are nice and as described. I would buy rugs for kids rooms etc from here but perhaps not living room.

Our rugs are intentionally designed to be lightweight and thinner than traditional rugs so they can be easily machine washable and practical for everyday use. This construction can feel different compared to thicker, more traditional options, but it allows for convenience, especially in busy homes.
