Starting with the fact we haven’t sent the rug back, however it was a close one…

The style is exactly what we wanted and we can’t find one anywhere else that we like, despite looking for months.

We opted for the more expensive, thicker, version of the rug, but it’s still really disappointing quality, especially for the money.

For over £500, it’s a cheap, thin, white material rug, which is printed on top of. The feel is ok on feet and ok when stood up, but looks crap closer. If you part the pile of the rug at all, it’s just pure white and no colour. We saw rugs in John Lewis at much better quality for around £300, just gutted it wasn’t the style we wanted.

Where furniture sits and then is moved, the pile is flattened and the rug is just white. The print quality is ok, but the colours are far from what was online in the pictures.

Are we happy? No. Are we sending it back? I think it’s too late, plus we like the vibe from a distance and can’t find anything else. Cost wise though, it’s a £50 rug printed on.

Delighted with my new rug. It looks great and is easy to clean. Beautiful design and transformed my living area.

The colour is a disappointment. The photo on the website showed it as green, the reality is greyish brown. It’s OK for where I’ve put it but it’s a bit dreary.

I love it and my husband actually adores it. He didn't know what to expect but loves the Winnie the Pooh Honey I'm home.

Not delivered and can't get in touch with you. Your bot says I need to chase your delivery team - evri. Evri say on their automised phone that the package is too big and cannot be delivered. I should speak to you about a refund

I waited a very long time for the rug over a month after it was promised and in the end it had to be reordered and a second one dispatched. This again was slow to arrive but eventually did. However on opening it I thought the wrong rug had been sent but in fact it was the right one but nothing at all like the picture. Really very different and I thought it was horrible and very cheap looking. So then the faff of return…

Disappointed and have not even received the rug. Claims of shipping within 1-2 weeks have not been adhered to. 2 emails claiming it has been shipped, then told it has not been picked up yet.
Lets wait and see when it arrives and if my review will be amended.

The quality is great, very grippy (it's a runner in a high traffic area and with the dogs that was key) and the design is beautiful. A bit pricey but for smaller size rugs it is manageable.

The designs for the rugs from Ruggable stood out from the rest and the rug I chose looks even nicer in the flesh.

We love rugs and that they are washable is amazing. We have a children’s day nursery so washable rugs answer all our little problems of providing comfort and hygiene. We have them in our business our home and garden room. Well done ruggable.

Prompt delivery and colours are true to ones on the Internet.
I should have reslised that it would be quite thin as it washable but as it was replacing a wool rug I was surpised.
Having said that I am pleased with it.
