Speedy delivery! Rug received via UPS within 4 days of ordering…but no email order confirmation or tracking number received. Read reviews after purchase, which was very stressful! But to my surprise rug seems ok and exactly as seen online. Packaging terrible - bag open at both ends on delivery. Only advice would make sure you want the rug, so no need to deal with the US / Switzerland return process AND use the chat function. Found that really helpful otherwise would have zero proof of my order.

My second order from rugs.co.uk and I’m very pleased with the service I got.

I used to live chat, very quick response from an actual sales rep, the information I needed seem to be easy for them to find and quickly. They help me decide on sizing, pricing, so that I was able to quickly make a decision about what was best for the room.

If my first experience with their deliveries, anything to go by then it will be here quite quickly, obviously like everyone I want it tomorrow but it does take a few days and that’s quite reasonable.

Highly recommend.

Good selections to make a choice. Especially like pet friendly options. Easy to use website.

Like many others felt totally misled that this outfit purport to be uk based with rugs.co.uk. My rug arrived on time and carefully packed but very thin and light weight. Of the £119 purchase price I would guess at least £75.00 would go toward shipping costs from the USA. They boast free delivery but consolidated Air Freight costs are expensive as disgruntled customers have discovered when inquiring about returning goods they are not happy with!! Do not use these people they are not UK based as their web address would suggest😆
It did not become apparent to me that this company is based in and ships from Sth/Nth Carolina USA until I saw the tracking info. TRANSPARENCY is essential but not present here😆
The web / company name should be changed immediately to Rugs.com.US what could possibly be the disadvantage in that???

Ordered x3 rugs all the same pattern and colour.

Rugs arrived today 14/05/25.

Looks cheap and nasty, also colour and pattern is completely different to that of the one on their site.

Customer Service is appalling, called several times kept holding on in a queue only to be cut off x twice when I got to the top of the queue!

Went online and chatted with Furkan.

Unbelievable…I now find as others have… that they are either based in the USA or Switzerland and it will cost me £74 by FedEx to return!

This is sharp practice, and must surely be illegal, giving a website address of Rugs.Co.UK, but based outside of the UK!

Rubbish rugs and shocking company to deal with. They want £73 to return a rug yet they want you to think they are a U.K. business. They are the worst quality rugs I have seen. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Pleasantly surprised!

I too took the name to mean a UK company and felt misled when I realised. Partly due to delivery times and then if I needed to return. Plus no longer having our trading regs to back me up if needed.

But!… 2 days after ordering and having no dispatch I queried this, and received a reply within 24hrs, with full tracking that showed my rug had been dispatched the day I ordered.

My rug arrived from the states to the UK within a week, left safely in my requested place, and it is exactly as described.

Easy to navigate website- first one I googled I purchased- exactly what I was looking for!

Interesting patterns, wide availability of sizes. I hope it’s as good when it comes as it looks.

Ordered a rug, which arrived relatively promptly. I was disappointed with the colour as it didn't match that on the website. I contacted Rugs.co.uk to arrange a return, only to discover the return will cost me £66 (the rug only cost £105). I think it is very misleading to use ".co.uk" when the returns can only go to Switzerland or the USA.
Avoid this company

Initial contact with website easy and good range of sizes and colours. I await delivery.

It was very easy to order

I placed an order for the wrong colour item. I called them a couple of hours later to change it, thinking it would be an easy switch. They said the item had already shipped and couldn't be changed (despite a suggested delivery time of 5 business days). The .co.uk website leads you to believe you are ordering locally from the UK. They said to return my item (to the USA or Switzerland) I had to pay for shipping myself or use their FedEx service which they'd deduct 95GBP from my refund for. The website name is misleading, and returns too expensive as to be a reasonable option. Also, I find it hard to believe it was too late to cancel my order (a few hours after placing it). Good selection of rugs, but dubious service.

EDIT: Additionally, they had a countdown to the end of their sale the day I ordered with just a few hours left which had pressured me into ordering quickly. A couple of days after this, I went back to their website and another sale was on with a countdown timer. The rug was the same discounted price in the 'new' sale.

We have purchased through this site on several occasions and have always been pleased with the price, quality and delivery of the rugs.

Easy choice

The site is easy to navigate. There is a wide range of size and design options. I was spoilt for choice! I'm looking forward to getting my new patio rug!

THIS COMPANY IS MISLEADING CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE BASED IN THE USA AND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT YOU MUST RETURN IT TO THE USA OR SWITZERLAND. I AM AMAZED THIS IS LEGAL. THE WEBSITE ENDING CO.UK LEADS YOU TO BELIEVE THE WAREHOUSE IS IN THE UK. Shocking.
