I had to ask a question about the rug l wanted to buy and someone was quick to get back to me. I needed a certain size which l couldn't find on a lot of websites. There were plenty of rugs of various sizes.

Easy to find items on the website, good selection of rugs. Only just ordered so can't rate the actual rug at this stage.

Spammers - I don't recall using this site, and if I did I didn't sign up for emails, yet I keep receiving them and unsubscribing achieves nothing.

Not a good shopping experience. I ordered a rug which on arrival was really not nice. When trying to return it was given the option of returning it to America or Switzerland. The cost would work out half the amount of what the rug cost. I purchased from a Uk Company so would expect to return it to the Uk. Instead we have just had to live with a product we are not happy with.

I ordered the Baja multicoloured rug for inside my front door, mainly because it's wipe-clean (muddy shoes/boots/trainers), but also because it's so attractive, with so many colours it goes with everything! I'm so pleased with it, I've ordered another - this time a runner, to go in the long narrow part of the hall. The quality is excellent, and the colours shown online are identical to the actual product. These rugs come from the USA, which I didn't realise at the time, but they arrive promptly, with no additional costs, as stated on the RUGS UK website. Highly recommended!

Amazing choice, great prices, fast free delivery

Misleading - Not a UK company. Wouldn’t use them again. Overpriced poor quality rug arrived. Has to be retuned to Switzerland at your expense or you can have half your money back instead and keep the rug! Bought a better rug on Amazon for a third of the price.

Not a comfortable online purchase experience, primarily because you don't receive an email confirmation. I paid by PayPal and only had their paperwork. After the purchase, I searched further and found that it was actually a USA company... using a .co.uk URL. A tad deceitful.
Luckily did receive the jute rug but not comfortable making orders with zero paperwork received, except from my PayPal account confirming they had paid them.

Beware! I needed to pay to return the rug to Switzerland (from uk)

Beware, if you are from the UK and wish to return it's next to impossible. They are Switzerland/US based company that does not have anything to do with the UK. Very missleading as i thought i was buying my dream rug. The rug looks nothing like advertised on the website, color and material is different. I tried to get into contact with the CS and so when they finally picked up the lady on the phone was soo rude and just not very understanding, the audacity to tell me to give the rug away to charity or give to friends/family? Sell it on marketplace. I'm amazed how this even is legal to write .co.uk and then not have anything to do with the UK. I'm stuck with a rug that i have no use of

Quick an easy site to order from.

Speedy delivery! Rug received via UPS within 4 days of ordering…but no email order confirmation or tracking number received. Read reviews after purchase, which was very stressful! But to my surprise rug seems ok and exactly as seen online. Packaging terrible - bag open at both ends on delivery. Only advice would make sure you want the rug, so no need to deal with the US / Switzerland return process AND use the chat function. Found that really helpful otherwise would have zero proof of my order.

I used to live chat, very quick response from an actual sales rep, the information I needed seem to be easy for them to find and quickly. They help me decide on sizing, pricing, so that I was able to quickly make a decision about what was best for the room.

If my first experience with their deliveries, anything to go by then it will be here quite quickly, obviously like everyone I want it tomorrow but it does take a few days and that’s quite reasonable.

Highly recommend.
