I had such a good experience purchasing my first Persian rug with rug the rock. I felt like their pricing was very fair, I trusted that they knew the the value of the rug I was purchasing and the price aligned to that. The communication was so great, I felt very confident in my purchase, especially with a return policy. It's an expensive purchase to buy online and unseen, so having that in effect was important to me. Ultimately I love the rug! I would never return it! And I can't imagine purchasing a rug from anywhere else again. Thank you so much to the owners! Our rug will be loved and used for many decades to come

The rug is thick and feels great to walk on.
We ran into a problem with the delivery, the rug was held in Detroit by US Customs, probably due to the new US administration fiddling about. The credit card bill came with the rug charge and I didn't want to pay in case the rug never came. Hanif sent a full refund, trusting me to pay when the rug finally arrived. Not much later the rug was finally released and it was delivered and I paid for it.

My second purchase and I am so very pleased. I will definitely be buying again!

I was surprised to find a source for Oriental rugs in St. John's,NL. I found the source on the internet quite easily. The owners were very nice and I got to see a find selections of rugs and did find one that I am happy with.
