Unfortunately, my first order was misplaced by the carrier, this was no fault of Rug Trader's and Gemma very quickly resolved this and arranged for replacement rugs to be despatched for next day delivery, they did indeed arrive as promised.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED RUG TRADERS AND I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I BOUGHT MY RUG FROM THEM AFTER COMPARING THEIR PRICES WITH OTHER COMPANIES SELLING THE SAME ITEM. RUG TRADERS WERE CHEAPER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS. MY RUG WAS DELIVERED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I have no choice but to give rug traders one star as the rug was not delivered . A 2 day delivery turned into 9 days at which point I cancelled my order as I was no further forward . The delivery company appear to be complete cowboys.

Edit.. the delivery company did not leave a card, i was in all day so they were dishonest as well as useless by claiming that they did.

Absolutely beautiful rug. Looks perfect in my new room, exactly what I wanted and at a good price compared to other websites. Great service. Kept updated on progress of order. Very pleased.
