Team members are super up front about what they offer and how comfortable they feel treating you. It doesn’t feel like they’re treating you for money but to help you be your best self. The site itself is super easy to use and it has made my mental health journey so accessible.

Easy platform to get the help wanted.

Rula was unclear about my payment polices when I first started. As a result, I am being left to handle a bill I cannot afford. Instead of giving me an easy monthly payment plan, they are making me sign up with a credit agency which I do not qualify for. Customer service has done nothing help and has treated me as a paycheck than a patient who truly needs care. They do not care about results or getting better, only the money. STAY AWAY!!!

Overall experience from beginning to end was very easy to understand. The response to my concerns were very quick and helpful. The efficiency of scheduling and reminders is helpful during a busy week. The service with finding the appropriate and best provider is also for my needs was easy to follow.

I absolutely love my therapist; however, I finding the psychiatrist I picked doesn’t seem to be very helpful. After 40 minutes of voicing struggling as a postpartum mother and being put on a medication I have never been on, I emailed regarding symptoms I’ve never had taking the medication and so far I have been dismissed. This to me is actually shocking considering I was recommended this website being wonderful for postpartum mothers. The psychiatrist will told me one thing and what I’m getting emailed is different. It’s definitely confusing especially trying to navigate a new life with a newborn.

I have had a terrific experience with my Rula therapist. I was able to chose her by her credentials and ideals instead of being assigned a person. She is open and knowledgeable and always makes me feel seen and supported. I appreciate her consistant availability for weekly or bi-monthly appointments - according to my needs.

My experience with Rula didn’t start out as positively as I had hoped. The first counselor I was matched with just wasn’t a good fit for me, and that made the beginning of the process frustrating and a little discouraging. When you’re reaching out for counseling, finding someone you feel comfortable with and can genuinely connect with makes such a difference.
I decided to give it another chance, and I’m very glad I did. I was eventually matched with a counselor who is a much better fit for me, and my experience has completely changed. I feel comfortable talking with her, I feel heard and understood, and I genuinely enjoy working with her. I appreciate that Rula gave me the ability to keep looking until I found the right person rather than feeling like I had to stay with someone who wasn’t a good match.
So while my experience didn’t have the best beginning, I’m very happy with where I ended up. Sometimes finding the right counselor takes more than one try, and I’m glad I didn’t let that first experience keep me from continuing.

I chose 9 because I enjoy my therapy sessions. I like that my therapist listens to me and empathize with me.

He understands that my mental health condition is ongoing and a permanent due to the violent assault rape attempt that occurred on October 15, 2020.

they took unnecessarily long to approve my insurance and when it was finalized I got an email saying my appointment was cancelled because the provider didn't accept my insurance!!!

for a long time I am looking for a Farsi speaking therapist as it was hard for me to talk deeply from my heart in a second language.
