I was initially nervous reaching out for help but from the very beginning every one has been so understanding and helpful. Dominic provides fast and efficient answers to any questions you may have. The experience has been nothing but amazing and I'm losing weight as well!

Starting Rumen has been the best change I have made in recent years. The whole team are wonderful, in particular Dominic and Katarina, they have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The company uses clear and concise messaging and I appreciate their approach to this sensitive topic.

I have just started on this journey but the information and support I have received so far is amazing. I have seen many health professionals in the past including dieticians and have found Dominic to be the most helpful. He listened and gave doable advce based on my circumstances. There is genuine support available with Rumen with a team that wants to help you and focuses on you and your needs for you to get the best results possible.

Fantastic experience so far. Signing up was quick and easy. Dominic was wonderful to speak to. I had a few questions and he had all the answers. I’ll have my Telehealth appointment with the doctor this afternoon and the onboarding process will be complete.

Thank you for this journey or though mines only short it’s been wonderful, easy from every aspect re; communicating, receiving, the tracking and most of all the progress.
I lost 10kg in 3-4 months and hopefully I’ve learnt enough now about my body and self to maintain this outside of Rumen too.

I have only been on mounjaro for a,week and have not experienced any side affects which was 1 of my concerns hearing and watching other peoples experience bad journeys, i have contacted dominic regarding advice around meals to help which has been amazing his advice and punctuality is great. So far so good, Glad to have a supportive team behind me every step of the way.

Rumen has made all the difference. After years of struggling with weight postpartum, combined with birth injuries I was getting nowhere on my own and feeling frustrated.

Despite a real fear of needles, I booked an initial consult with Dominic to learn more about treatment options available, and signed up on the same day. My medicine was delivered to me two days later via express post in a cold insulated box.

The day of my first injection I was feeling nervous, never having done well with needles I was apprehensive about being able to do it myself, but upon opening up my injectible pen I noticed the needle was only the length and width of an eyelash. When I finally did it, I had to double check to make sure I had even injected it into my skin because I felt NOTHING. The only sign of an injection was a tiny little drop of blood on my skin, otherwise there was no pain whatsoever. Second week rolled around and I didn't feel nervous whatsoever, was able to do the injection straight away and again, felt nothing!

I'm 13 days in, and 5.2kg down. My cravings are gone, and my appetite has reduced substantially. I'm keeping up with my same gym routine as previously but I'm seeing results.

Thanks so much to Rumen, and especially Dominic for the fabulous support. I'm confident I'll be able to lose the weight with the medication, and with support from dieticians and doctors I am confident I will keep it off.
