This company is a bogus one. Please stay away.
I ordered some items on 4th of August 2016 and paid £972 and the company's owner promised to deliver on 27th of August as we both agreed. He has not delivered my goods up till now. He promised times without numbers but no delivery up till now. To make the matter worse, he has refused to answer my calls. He has been chased out of his company address. I have reported him to both the trading standard and the police. He is a conned man. Please don't transfer your money to the company's account.

Incompetent or fraudulant... AVOID
£3k plus order placed on 14th April 2016 paid in full and still not received on 6th May 2016. Stated delivery would be 19th April but items not shipped until 27th April 2016. Still not delivered and will not give me carriers contact number or a consignment number to chase. Run 10 Ltd have a 14 day refund policy however my requests for a full refund have been ignored. This company is incompetent with excuses ranging from accounts lady off, sales team having training and staff away at exhibitions. AVOID!

Goods not as described
Charged £60 to deliver about 15Kg to Bradford. I Close my business at 5pm waited for them till 6. Every time I Rang they were about half an hour. I was tolled delivery was by currier but they hired a van to deliver to me and other people. If I closed they will not redeliver. At the end I gave them my home address and they turned up about 8pm
