RunDot Helped Me Stay Injury-Free

I was an avid recreational runner about a decade ago, but was waylaid by a labral tear and 2 pregnancies. Every time I tried to get back into running over that decade, I ended up in pain and discouraged. Even what I considered to be easy trots would trigger hip pain that radiated down my leg. I tried PT and nothing seemed to help.

Things started to turn around when I found pilates and started to strenghten my deep core muscles. I felt ready try running again, but was reluctant due to my previous failures. And then I found RunDot.

This program has helped me ease back into running and build my base of fitness injury-free. I have been at it for 3 months now and have already seen an improvement in my 5k time, and was able to finish a very challenging hilly 10k race this month. My hip has never felt better and I've fallen back in love with running.

Highly recommend

Totally delivered as advertised, helping me train better and injury free. Helped me get from a sedentary postpartum to training confidently to run my first ultra races. With ZERO shin splints, an issue that has plagued my attempts at running forever, literally. Absolutely love the adaptive training and the community is great and helpful. Highly recommend. I've been using this program about 7 months and will continue!

RunDot made me love running again

I have been a recreational runner for about 8 years, with the usual ups and downs and a love hate relationship and a couple injuries in between. Having received a recommendation for RunDot from 2 trusted friends, I gave it a try and haven't looked back since. It's helped me be consistent again with my running - injury free and reaping the benefits of that consistency with improved paces and more comfortable with longer distances. Love it!

I could not get on with it

I could not get on with this application at all.
From the off I found it frustratingly hard to create an account and then to edit it seemed beyond reach.
Using the app was simply not intuitive. I had a free trial and I asked for my account to be deleted as it was just so tricky to use.

We're so sorry to hear of your frustration. We do offer a free orientation group call which goes over the basic functions of the app and really helps with the learning curve. The signup to the orientation is sent out in the second email after you sign up. We hope you give us a try again in the future.

Love my RunDot!

Being a back of the packer, I was skeptical at first. Run slower to go faster?? Yes. Build stamina and you will build speed. If you are willing to trust the process, this program will work for you.

It WORKS!!!

I have been consistent with RunDot for three months now. I’ve been a runner more than half of my life, but when I had hip surgery in 2011, I had to take a break. Over the last twelve years I’ve tried couch to 5k several times but always ended up hurting my hip too bad to continue. The RunDot schedule has eased me into running again and I’m running longer and farther than I have since my surgery! I can’t say enough good things about this program, it’s kept me excited for each workout and I love to see the Trainx scores after each run!

RunDot is a game changer!

I have been training with RunDot since June and it has been a game changer for me. The time based training has been amazing in my marathon prep! The program inspired me not to miss any of my training runs, and the challenges it gave me made the training runs fun. I learned how important heart rate is and am impressed with every aspect of the program. I look forward to working with RunDot and can't wait to see my progress!
