Avoid. I paid for next day delivery, it gave me a 2 day window for delivery. Upon checking further these goons are based in Spain 🤬. Scam website, don't be fooled.
Update-I paid £4.99 for royal mail delivery, the email states delivery by Wednesday this week, yet on the order it states a TOTALLY DIFFERENT TIMESCALE of 18-23rd of march.
SCAM WEBSITE AND AS WITH MOST COMPANIES ON TRUSTPILOT ALL OF THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

Ordered some adidas trainers as the price was much lower then other online retailers. This should already have been a red flag! Ordered on 26th February, created an account. First it had delivery in 1 week, then it changed to unknown delivery, said it was dispatched but no tracking details, then could no longer log into my account. Still waiting (naively) for the trainers. No response from the online form. Customer service is non existent. Save yourself the trouble and just order from a retailer you trust, Runner Inn is poor.

Refund is £11.99 what a con
It took a very long time for my trainers to arrive they were later than expected but when they came they were too big as their conversion does not work, didn’t kno they so say come from Spain, which I am not convinced about. I wanted to return them but know where on their website does it say returns are £11.99. I nearly fell off my chair but unfortunately I didn’t have any choice. It was saying they had to go to Spain but when you pay for your returns label there is an English address on them, what a surprise. I sent them back on 2 March and I had a refund on the 6 March, so it wasn’t long enough to go back to Spain. I would definitely NOT recommend them at all
