Never use this stupid site, never got my shoes!!!

Horrible. Completely unresponsive customer service via phone, email, and Facebook. Avoid!

I bought an Adidas hoodie 6 weeks ago. Guess what, no product, no shipping details, nothing at all. Calling the number on numerous occasions only leads to crap music and nobody picking up the phone for hours, Emails the same, only a computer generated reply stating I will be contacted and to be patient. DO NOT ORDER unless you don't mind giving your money over to be stolen by this cowboy company. I will contact my VISA card tomorrow, had enough now.

Disgusting customer service, I have been waiting for a refund for over a month and they are refusing to issue the refund even though I never received the goods.

They take weeks to reply and even then it isn't helpful in any way.

I bought a pair of trainers on the 23rd of February 2021 , after a month no sign of trainers , we emailed them , but they respond on 30 of march saying they're sorry , asked them for refund several times but I still todays 5th of may without trainers and without money .

Don't use these guys, plenty of other in line stores. I am currently owed over £500 which they keep saying they will refund but 20 days In and still no refund. Will be getting my Credit Card company I volved soon
They are not a UK based company even though the website is co.uk, they are based in Germany.

I bought x2 running tights from this company, one for £26 and another for £67. Returned the more expensive item and was refunded incorrectly for the cheaper product. PayPal now involved to force them to refund the correct amount. Inefficient, unhelpful and arrogant. I will never buy from this company again. Stay well clear of this company, bad business!

The whole process was painful, I wanted to use these guys but gave up in frustration. FAIL

First time using this company and was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews on here but I had a great experience. My order took a little over a week to come but I was able to track it through the tracking numbers I was sent which had GLS tracking and then parcel force tracking. Pretty straight forward and will definitely use again as they are a good bit cheaper than most places.

Don’t use if I were you they might be cheaper but they don’t answer emails it took me over a month to get a refund I would rather pay extra and have better service

Paid for it to be delivered in 1-2 days on the 19th. Said has been dispatched, tracking number I was given didn't work and didn't arrive before Xmas as promised.

This site is great I have ordered a few times great delivery. Can't beat the prices will order again

Purchased gel nimbus 22. Best price I saw on line, nearly £50 cheaper than anywhere else. After ordering I realised that the company was not based in UK but in Germany. I looked at reviews and was slightly concerned. However, the goods I ordered on the Monday arrived on Thursday. Very happy and impressed with the company and its service.

Ordered a load of gym stuff end of September. All items in stock when I ordered.
Weeks later, no sign of any shipment, despite chasing.
Threatened to get my credit card company involved, and all of a sudden, offered a full refund, which I got today.
A whole month wasted. And I thought Germans were supposed to be efficient!

Bought running shoes from these with two day delivery two weeks later still no sign of them

I received my order on time and I will buy from this site again. The price was £40 cheaper than Nike website.

I ordered a pair of Adidas Adizero Boston 9's. They were £80 and the cheapest I could find them in the UK was £107. I ordered on Monday Morning and they have turned up Wednesday at 9am. Great service and value for money.

After reading some really awful reviews on here I was really nervous about whether I'd receive my parcel or not.
I was more than impressed with my experience. I ordered a pair of Nike shorts and they are perfect. I was emailed straight away with confirmation and also a second email when my parcel was sent from Germany to UK. Ordered on a Saturday and arrived by Wednesday.
I felt it was important to share a positive review on here because honestly, I was impressed despite Covid and all the terrible reviews.

Like some other reviewers, I honestly don’t think that the buying experience could be any better? I was looking for a specific pair of Nike Winflo 6 in green & black, size 9, couldn’t find a single pair on any UK site (the closest were a size 8 in sports direct). Found a pair here, ordered this Tuesday, arrived by Friday. I had an email/alert from them at every stage, packing, dispatch, arrived in country, out for delivery and I could even track the package on a live map (parcel force site). 3 days from order to delivery, the box and trainers were in excellent condition, could tell that they were brand new. Super happy with my purchase, they were even £7 cheaper than SD and free delivery from Germany. I will 100% buy from Jogging-Point again. Thanks.
