Awful don't buy from this company con men

Bought some Asics trainers (GT2000 8). Ordered on Sunday, arrived today (Wednesday) with a perfect fit. The company used ParcelForce as the courier and they kept me informed throughout the delivery process. Was a little worried about the reviews but really pleased overall and will order again!

I had been searching for a Nike sweatshirt that was out of stock everywhere, I stumbled across it on jogging point website and it was actually cheaper then everywhere else it had sold out at and luckily in my size. I ordered it on the Tuesday and it arrived by the Thursday! I was a bit dubious after ordering and reading reviews but had no problems and was updated with despatch emails and estimated delivery dates the following day from ordering.

Ordered a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus trainers at the best price I could find on the web. Was nervous given some of the adverse feedback but ordered and paid by bank transfer. It was a bit unconventional but I took a chance. The trainers have arrived today. Placed my order and they arrived today by tracked delivery from Germany within 10 days. Absolutely satisfied as have received exactly what I ordered.

Found Jogging Point searching for trainers and they offered them much cheaper than anywhere else, Did some research and found out they were based in Germany and was skeptical at first, Took a chance and paid by credit card, Trainers arrived a few days earlier than expected as advertised, Use them regularly now whenever the trainers I want pop up on their site, Always really quick delivery and no issues at all.

Normally check reviews before ordering but got carried away when I found these £30 cheaper than any other site so quickly ordered. Nervous once I read reviews but kept my fingers crossed and patiently waited. Received email to say on way, delivered in a week and all perfectly fine!
Very glad I ordered a size up - this model narrow to medium width and definitely needed a size 8, feel a little snug at toe buts that’s probably due to my last pair being a wider fit.

I'm giving them 4 stars simply because the tracking isn't as user friendly as it could be.

I ordered a pair of Nike running trainers on the 27th May, they were about £30 cheaper than anywhere else and the only site that had my size. Thought something might be wrong when I had a confirmation email and the English wasn't quite right, it also said that it wasn't a confirmation of the order as they had to check they had it in stock. So looked them up on Trustpilot to discover they were based in Germany and people have been having a few issues... so I wasn't hopeful.

The negatives (which could easily be remedied): The tracking link they send you once the order has been processed doesn't work. They send the parcel by GLS so if you go to their actual website you can track it that way. It also gives you the parcel force number so you can track it when it gets to the UK. It's not that much of a big deal but I think if they sorted this out people would have a better overall experience. I also emailed them to get an update on the tracking stating that the link they sent didn't work and they didn't get back to me. So customer service could be better but I'd already worked out how to track it so I knew it was on the way, even so, good customer service is important.

The positives: Trainers arrived within a week which considering shipping was free I think is pretty decent. Trainers were much cheaper than other online stores.

Overall if you don't mind not having the best communication with the company and you're happy to track the shipment yourself then I would say go for it.

Ordered a new pair of Asics gel cumulus 21's a lot cheaper than other websites i looked at, took a week to receive the trainers as they are sent from Germany.
Happy with the purchase and no issues. Would use them again in the future.

I bought a pair of ASICS GT 2000 from Jogging Point.

After reading some of these reviews I was very nervous, however the service was excellent.

They responded to my email promptly and delivery was very quick. I ordered the trainers on Sat evening and took delivery on Wednesday morning.

Quality is fine

Price was cheaper than anywhere else and free delivery.

Would use again.

I placed my order on Saturday and then saw reviews on here and was worried. No need - my trainers arrived on Wednesday. I received an order confirmation, confirmation of despatch and confirmation of delivery time. The trainers I ordered are this seasons and have saved me about £50. Yes they come from Germany but the service is efficient and cheap. Highly recommend.

I have made a massive mistake falling for the prices on this website. If you need a refund or exchange you have absolutely zero chance of getting it. The customer services don't exist. On the very rare time you do get through and ask about the refund they owe you "you're refund is not my problem" or "the refund is down to you to claim from your bank" is the reply.

Absolute sham company that shouldn't be allowed to trade as a UK business when they are a German business, with all the stock and shipments coming from Germany.

Please don't make the mistake i made by falling for the prices, spend a bit extra and use a different company, The £80 odd pound they owe me I will never see, the bank have put it in dispute but even they don't think it's a real company!!!!

I was a bit apprehensive of purchasing from here as I had never heard of Jogging Point and saw they're based in Germany. However, I ordered a pair of trainers and they arrived in just 3 days - despite the pandemic! They provided good tracking information along the way too. The trainers are genuine Nike and exactly the size, colour etc that I wanted. Can't fault.

I have to say the trainers arrived within a few days which was great - however one of them is faulty - having emailed - no response within a week, called and waited for long times then hung up on and no response on instagram either which they are posting on at the moment. i totally understand current restrictions with covid but communication could be a huge amount better - otherwise if you can't guarentee that stop selling shoes!

Don’t waste your time, ordered a pair of shoes which were in stock. 2 weeks later No shoes had arrived and no communications from the company, I emailed them to ask when I could expect to receive my order and three days later they emailed back to say the shoes were out of stock and I’ll need to wait a further week for my refund. I understand that the covid situation is a nightmare for everyone, but there are plenty of companies who are honouring their orders. Disappointed

Terrible service and I think a lot of the positive reviews are suspicious

I should have looked before ordering but company is not UK based, and there is zero customer service.

Ordered trainers a week ago, they were showing in stock. After chasing a couple of times I have just had an email suggesting product is not in stock.

Really poor and not worth the small £15 saving from buying direct from Nike. Lesson learnt

Wish I'd read the reviews first, they are all correct. No way to contact on the phone - they keep you on hold for aaaages then just cut you off. I called about 4 times and never spoke to them once, just a long hold time then a dead line.

No response to emails and never any updates on the website.

They have a statement on Covid saying all UK deliveries are 3-4 days. Well a week later, no updates, can't get through and no trainers....so that's me claiming back through my credit card and using a reputable company.

Really not worth saving £10/£20 for all the hassle.

Won't use again

I ordered from this website thinking it was a UK based company. Given the Covid situation, when I realised they were being shipped from Germany I was prepared for a long wait. I was delighted to receive my trainers within 4 days! The tracking is very detailed and informative. The trainers are as ordered (ASICS kanayo) and came in at £50 less than the cost in the UK. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I’d been looking for a particular running shoe and Jogging point had it for about £40 less than anywhere else. I placed my order on a Tuesday and had my running shoes on the Thursday afternoon. I can’t really say much more. Great products at great prices and, for me, excellent service.

I dont normally do reviews but felt like it was the right thing to do following my hassle free and easy experience at Jogging Point. Great communication followed by a quick delivery and excellent product. Would easily use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Was a bit vary of using them after reading quite a few bad reviews. That being said, the shoe, that I ordered (Nike Terra Kiger) arrived rather quickly, so overall, the experience was good. My only quibble is that the box the shoe was sent in (not the Nike box, but the encapsulating box) almost fell apart, so the shoe could have easily dropped out of it.
