Because they had my favorite shoe for the lowest price I'd seen, I ordered at RunningXpert and it was my first order. Everything from order to payment and delivery was very simple and very fast; delivery to Germany the next day; also best support by phone. Not worth using if you're ordering from the UK
I ordered a size 11 trainers on April the 4th. Paid £60.80 for the product and courier. Took quite a few weeks to arrive, but since there were Bank holidays in between, I understood that. I received the incorrect size, so I had to send them back, however, I live on an island without Evri depots, so I had to post it via Royal Mail covering the costs myself. To my surprise, over three weeks later I receive the refund, but instead of £60.80 I have been refunded £55.30. So nearly a month and a half after I ordered, I am at a loss and without a product (the website didn't give me the option for a replacement, only a refund).
The idea of buying cheaper running equipment might sound tempting, but definitely not worth it, especially if you're a UK customer.

Good communication
Order took a bit longer due to Easter holidays but I contacted them and asked where it was, the customer service team explained the delay due to Easter and said it would be with me in a few days. Trainers were delivered 2 days after this. Customer service team replies within 48 hours as well!

Not impressed with any part of this service, ordered on run trainers in a size they said was available, got told 5-7 days for delivery.7 days passed and I emailed to see where they were, only then did they tell me they weren't actually in stock!!.

The store has great sport equipment and an even better customer support. I had some trouble with a heart rate monitor and they send a new one. Also, they respond to email within 24 hours and are always friendly!

Terrible customer service
I ordered shoes on Saturday. In the confirmation email I was told that I would receive a tracking number shortly. It’s now Thursday and I haven’t received anything so definitely not shortly as promised!
I’ve emailed running expert to provide me with the tracking number - no response. I’ve followed up - no response. Unacceptable customer service and deeply disturbing that I’m not able to track goods that I’ve paid for.
Please urgently assist or I’ll need to find a way to get my money back

Delivered on time but shoes were too tight so I sent them back and was refunded about 3 or 4weeks later. So have ordered a pair size bigger. Overall I cannot complain as shoes were a good price.
