Scammers!

Edit: I was credited a full refund as 2/5/26.
I started to use this service but it ended i didn't need it. This was done on 1/14/26 and was charged before I completed the process and never did. I emailed and left a message on their 800# to cancel on the 15th and spoke to a rep & I received a cancelation email on the 1/15/26. I have had to file a fraud claim and fowarded the cancelation email to bank. They have not refunded my money as 2/3/26. I would not suggest this company to anyone since I asked for it to be canceled due to incomplete process and they have not returned funds. I didn't call 1st they called me to push order and I stopped process due to suspicion, tried to call them back and number was not in service. Go directly to passport office its like 290.00 from my understanding in new oreleans and you can get it that day. These guys are scamming and ripping people off. So they have 619.95 that they have not refunded. As of today my bank is still waiting for answers. Money back guarantee is a lie.

Great company, great service.

The VIP service was excellent! It’s definitely worth the extra money. The process was simple and Amanda took great care of me. The passport would have arrived earlier than the due date, if it weren’t for inclement weather. I highly recommend this company.

Rushed Passport is the most amazing organization

I cannot say enough outstanding things about this company. They were absolutely amazing. I had a trip planned to Aruba for three months and thought my passport expired in 2028 when it actually expired in 2026, 2 weeks before my flight was scheduled. I was totally stressed and upset. There are no offices in Florida and thought I was out of luck until I found this organizarion Rushed passport worked with me to get them all necessary documents and I got state department approval 3 days later. My new passport just arrived and I’m heading to Aruba next week. I can’t thank them enough. I am so very grateful!!!

If I can give 100 stars I would. I was very skeptical at first and hesitant. I didn’t realize my passport was expiring before the 6 month point after booking a trip and was very stressed out. Definitely worth every penny for this process. Came the exact day it was expected. Great customer service. Kobe is as On top of everything and made it stress free.

Scammed me

I paid $565 for a rushed passport from this company. I submitted all my documents and they made me an appt at the post office. I went to it and the post office said they cant do it their. I called rushed passport and put them on the phone with the lady at the post office and the post office would not do it. I asked for my money back from rushed passport and they said it was not refundable after they made the appointment. I asked to talk to a manager and they said my request to talk to a manager was denied. They stole my money and refused to talk to me. They did nothing.

When Justin contacted us from the acceptance facility, one of our senior specialists was actively assisting both Justin and the passport clerk in real time. She was in the process of explaining the hand-carry courier submission, a State Department–approved method that allows documents to be securely forwarded to a regional passport agency and personally delivered by a registered courier under a signed Letter of Authorization. This process is specifically designed to provide significantly faster processing than standard post office timelines.

On rare occasions—well under 5% of cases—an individual clerk may be unfamiliar with this courier-supported submission. When that happens, our team routinely resolves it by providing the clerk with official supporting documentation or, if preferred, quickly redirecting the applicant to a nearby acceptance facility that is comfortable processing courier applications. In almost all cases, this results in a smooth continuation of service and the promised timeline remaining intact.

In this instance, the call unfortunately ended before our specialist could finish clarifying the process or present those immediate alternatives. Shortly afterward, we received a request to cancel the order. Because the conversation ended mid-assistance, we were not given the opportunity to complete the resolution that would have allowed us to continue supporting the application as intended.

Our goal is always to guide clients through every step and ensure they are never left without a path forward. We regret that we were unable to complete the assistance we were actively providing, and we sincerely wish this experience had concluded differently.

Wayyyyyy better than wasting my whole…

Wayyyyyy better than wasting my whole day at an agency and waiting in line or waiting like 2-3 months from the post office. The closest agency to me is 2 hours away, so that's 4 hours JUST IN DRIVING! Not to mention taking off work, and waiting around all day. These guys got my passport within 1 week delivered right to my doorstep and did everything online! Will ALWAYS use again in the future.. Wish I knew this existed a long time ago

Go to the Post Office in person only

My refund was not promptly returned. I had to call twice after the 7-10 business days passed before I got another email confirming it hit my bank account. The confirmation also showed the full amount but received $100 less. Go to the Post Office in person only. They are half the price. I was treated with respect and no hidden fees. When I needed to cancel Rushed Passports withheld $100 cancellation fee although I have an email confirming the total. The reason I canceled was because they kept coming up with additional fees. No manager is available to discuss this matter with. Scammers.

Our service is specifically for travelers who need their passport significantly faster than standard options. Even when expedited through the Post Office, current processing times are typically 8–12 weeks. As a registered passport courier, we work directly with regional passport facilities and go in person on a client’s behalf, which is what allows us to obtain passports in under a week in many eligible cases. This is what clients are paying for when choosing our service.

When you placed your order, our team spent considerable time assisting you—answering multiple calls, reviewing your application, explaining the process, and preparing your case. We also provided a complimentary provisional travel itinerary, which normally carries a cost for us, in an effort to help you continue without any additional charge.

When you later decided to cancel—completely understandable as plans can change—the work had already been completed and certain expenses had already been incurred. For that reason, a partial cancellation fee was applied to cover the services and costs already provided. All remaining funds were promptly refunded.

We want to clarify that government passport fees are required regardless of whether a passport is expedited or processed through the Post Office. Our fee is strictly for expediting and courier services, not for the passport itself.

We never want anyone to feel misled, and we truly regret if our service wasn’t the right fit for your situation. If you would like to discuss this further, we would be happy to review everything again with you directly.

DO NOT DO IT

DO. NOT. DO. IT. I started the process of ordering my passport and during the middle of my application decided to go a different route and not through Rushed Passport. I did not order nor buy a single item from them and they still charged my bank account almost $500. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. They make an excuse everytime I call. It’s not worth it. I went to a passport agency in person and walked out with it the same day and it was 3 times cheaper.
