Website is a complete scam
0/10 this site said combine pdfs for free then asks for my credit card information for "the limited plan" which is actually a free trial hidden in the fine print which will end up charging you later without ever explicitly telling you. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

beware the “free” trial
0/10 recommend. I was trying to find a quick, one use free pdf editor, and my info and payment autofilled and signed up for a free trial. I canceled the plan as soon as I realized I was charged $40 for a monthly subscription and asked for a refund because the pricing is insane and the auto charge info is incredibly tiny, to which this company has said no.
Modern services that care about their customers provide refunds for accidental subscriptions (Canva, for example). This company provided no warning that my card would be autocharged in 7 days.
I didn’t even end up downloading anything from the free trial.

Good Tool
Works for what I needed it to do. Only used it during a trial period. Was originally charged for the subscription, but once I explained taht I was not interested in the subscription, I was refunded the charge on my card.

The product was very easy to use and as a person who is not very techie, I appreciated it being user-friendly. Also, when I had a minor problem, they were kind and took great care in handling my issue. I'd highly recommend it!

Easy to use app and helpful customer service
I contacted the company via email, regarding my account and they got back with me quickly and resolved my issue. I did not have to contact anyone else or jump through any hoops. The product (an app for converting files) was easy to understand and complete with no issues, it was also free to try which I appreciate. I would recommend the app, and would use again.

Before you buy you got option for how much and how long you need rushpdf. I picked $0.99 option because I needed just 1-2 pdfs. Then they charge you $39 with no refund option and refusing give you money back. Great deal.

Cris & Lealyn
I was connected to two representatives. Cris was great, and extremely quick and helpful. Lealyn was very unhelpful and told me I was not speaking to someone from RushPDF even though I came directly from the website, and the link I was on was support.rushpdf.com. Even after I explained that and sent her a screenshot of me being on the rushpdf support link, she was not helpful in the slightest. 5 stars for Chris, 0 for Lealyn. Very frustrating.
