Nailed it for a first-time user!
i'm a user experience designer myself, and this was the first time I used any kind of third-party apps for the purpose.
Loved how simple and understandable it was, even though I don't understand taxation stuff all that well. The visual design was just the cherry on top.
It was like my first experience with Arc browser. Loved it, changed it to my default browser. You'll probably be my default tool for taxing.

Seamless experience
I am using Ruul for 4 months and have a very positive experience. It is easy to start, incredibly easy to use, very quick and smooth process while getting paid. I've paid a freelancer in a different currency than their national one which is very satisfying. All in all, Ruul is a great platform for freelancer invoices, and I'll keep using it going forward.

I had a very positive experience with Ruul. Their Customer Support department is absolutely amazing (especially Onur and Deniz). I've paid a freelancer in a different currency than their national one and despite the fact that the transfer was completed, it didn't show up in the freelancer's bank account. Onur was super kind and has assisted me throughout a few days before we figured out that the freelancer's bank account actually deposited the transfer in a different currency altogether, instead of automatically converting it. All in all, Ruul is a great platform for freelancer invoices and I'll definitely keep using it going forward.
