I’m pretty knowledgeable on HRV - I’ve been using it since 2005 via first beat and Suunto t6’s. The first day guidance goals include one that I can’t achieve - sunlight after waking. I’m doing the oth... See more

I was skeptical, but after the first day of learning to improve parasympathetic activity through breathing technique, I'm hooked.

I wouldn't even give 1 star
I wouldn't even give 1 star!
Terrible customer service, with complicated site to use with no clarity. On trying to get a refund, this is an impossible task. Despite confirming cancellations, debits keep occurring. Your customer service response is basically an automated bot it appears as this is completely impersonal and keeps repeating the same sentence.

55 yw Building Endurance For Masters Hurdles
I am not a distance runner and never have been, at least not competitively. I am training to compete in Masters level track and field, mainly hurdles. I am 55 and fighting menopausal everything, hamstring tendinopathy being a real issue! My body is fighting me and I need to build my endurance back up to run the 300m hurdles and actually compete! I just started this program today. Followed it to a T and feel that this is going to be helpful! The program encourages being mindful of your body and to modify as needed. The warm up and cool down/stretching are just enough! At my age, this is crucial! The price is right and if all goes well, I will likely extend my subscription. As of now, I feel very optimistic!
Just started Day 1
So far, the recommendations made are all of those that I would have expected. The company is obviously doing their homework and gathering info from leaders in the industry.
Charged €99.99 for doing nothing more than logging in
I originally paid for a programme 12 weeks ago. Today I simply logged back into my account after a long period of inactivity — I clicked nothing, purchased nothing, and agreed to nothing. Within minutes I received a notification that €99.99 had been charged to my Visa card.
I was never clearly informed that my original purchase included an automatic (annual? 6mo? Monthly?) renewal. There was no reminder email, no confirmation request, and no warning before the charge was made. This is not how a trustworthy subscription business operates.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Ruut to read the reviews here carefully before entering their payment details.

Helpful explanation of HRV
Did not know about HRV
Be very wary of signing up
I purchased a 12 week plan at a reduced cost of €34.99, which I was happy to pay. I did not receive an email confirming the duration of my membership nor was a receipt issued for payment made. I did briefly use the course, however it was too text heavy. I did try to access my profile/subscription on the website so I would know when it expired, however this information is not made available. I received no email reminder that my plan was coming to an end and today saw that €99.99 was being taken from my credit card. Apparently, I had signed up for an ongoing subscription despite the programme being a 12 week plan. I immediately contacted the support team who cancelled my 'subscription' going forward.
