I’m pretty knowledgeable on HRV - I’ve been using it since 2005 via first beat and Suunto t6’s. The first day guidance goals include one that I can’t achieve - sunlight after waking. I’m doing the oth... See more

SCAM
SCAM! They will charge your card unexpectedly. There is no way to view your account or subscription online. No route to cancel. No support for customers. I immediately asked that the charges not be placed because I was not wanting a subscription. They will not offer support or help.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!

I thought I was purchasing a course and have now had £99 deducted from my account on an subscription which I was not made aware of - the company is refusing to refund - absolute scam - avoid at all costs

Scam website that doesn’t allow you to…
Scam website that doesn’t allow you to cancel in a way that is easy then refuses to refund when they automatically take large payment for next subscription. Product useless. Do not sign up this is just a scam

Took out a subscription in error - rip off zero refund policy
Took out a subscription in error.
Didn’t realise for a few months.
Absolutely point blank refusal of any amount of refund, even though I had clearly not used the service.
My error obviously - but a shocking disregard for customer care for a company supposedly there to help.
I’ll be avoiding like the plague.

Good starting point
Another disgruntled and frustrated ruutlabs victim.
I signed up to what I believed was a three month trial of the ruutlab product. After the three months Without any email advising me their intention they billed my credit card for equivalent of $126 AUD. Immediately I noticed this payment I have been in touch with the support centre and twice received emails that clearly were some sort of autogenerated response (particularly given the time zone difference) and the length of the email that arrived within a minute of me sending! Extraordinary. The crux of their response is that they will not refund, have cancelled my subscription, and did not escalate to a manager as I requested. I plan on taking this matter to our consumer complaints agency as it just isn’t good enough that companies can get away with doing this.
Ruutlabs case no 136025
Update: after receiving the reply below I am pleased to report I was given a full refund and an apology letter. I hope they review their processes and no one else has to experience this.
