What a scam. This company gives no customer service and is entirely present for the rv owners only. The owner was totally dishonest and the contract was not fulfilled. They will have your credit card and charge you for everything until their pockets are filled. Do not use this service!
After disputing the extra charges, the owner agreed that he was wrong and said we could split the overage at $150 each. RV Ezy still charged me $322!! Come on people- DO BETTER.

We have had nothing short of an excellent experience as hosts with RVEzy! From day one we were assisted with setting up our listing, it is always a simple process to get assistance and answers to questions and the service provided throughout our rental season was excellent. We know exactly what is happening with each rental and when deposits and payments have been submitted. Payment is always swift. We have already recommended this to our friends who want to rent their RV too!

After taking my reservation and confirming it they told me I was rejected because I has 3 tickets. They then refused to cancel and told me I needed to pay the minimum charge (aprox $500.00). After that I recived 4 more e mails about it and I told them 4 times to cancel this. They ignored this request and continue to send e mails stating that I was not aproved and I will be paying anyway. I am hoping this is a gliutch in their system and this helps resolve this ludcious situation. I would strongly warn ahainst using this site! BEWARE!!

One of our customers caused damage to our motorhome and even though they paid daily insurance, RVEzy refused to pay the claim we had to pay an extra cost of over $4000 to bring the motorhome back to its original state. The customer, although responsible for damages to the motorhome refused to pay because they paid for the daily insurance.

The service is great. The price is now becoming a barrier. We now look at other options that's are affordable. Great idea but just slowly becoming out of reach.

My family and swear by RVezy and have had 9 (yes, NINE!) fantastic traveling experiences using their service since 2020! I even have a few t-shirts of theirs that I proudly wear (picked up at the Big RV Show in Toronto over the years). Everything from finding and booking to pick up and drop, as well as timely assistance if ever required (I've had a few "situations") has been awesome. And on top of all that, the company is CANADIAN!!! I've used another similar American platform as well as some of the bigger commerical rental companies, and have had really good experiences with them too, but nothing beats RVezy. My family and I can't wait for our next RV adventure -- that we've already booked through RVezy! >:-)

I have been a renter for years and after they allowed a misuse of my credit card and wrongful charges weeks after returning rental with no attempts to contact me thus allowing the trailer owner to take over $600 without out any notification. When I complained and they started being rude and uncaring knowing Im in a wheelchair and being taken advantage of. They closed my account and simply removed all my records. However they kept all my 5 star previous reviews. They don't care about renters or helping anyone but the trailer owners and hope everyone researches them before its to late and they have taken advantage or allowed owners to lie and steal your money

Great interactions with the trailer owners. Everything worked well in the trailer and it was easy to pick up and haul.

The RV we rented was just what we needed. The process to rent it was easy. The person we rented the trailer from was very nice. We will definitely be using RV ezy again for our next trip.

I had only used RVezy once last year. i found it easy to use and we found a camper that was perfect. I won't have any reason to use RVezy again unfortunately as the experience was so good that we actually bought a camper last fall. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and wanted our own camper to be able to go whenever we wanted. Thank you RVezy.

Rental was clean and the rental process easy.

So far RVezy’s has been a good experience everything has went well. Looking forward to the next episode.

our experience over the past 7 summers have been pretty good. We have had about 4-7 rentals per summer and that is what we want. Sometimes I find the fees that RVEZY takes are a bit high and will result in a renter not renting because it is expensive for them. but we are enjoying renting our camper.

Hosting with RVezy has been a great experience in every aspect, the booking process is efficient, easy and thorough. From the host side payment is quick and accurate. Should any issues arise I have personally found the help desk more than satisfactory in every occasion.
