Shipping delay, review changed
I placed an order on 02/08 and paid for 24hr delivery. It is now 09/08 and I am yet to receive my order.
I have been informed this is not their fault and asked to change this review. I appreciate the explanation in response to my previous negative review.
I do not appreciate that the priority was the company review score, rather than understanding of the inconvenience to the customer.
Score would be higher if communication involved less of an effort to make me feel guilty for my negative opinion.

As you will note from the Royal Mail tracking the item was despatched the same day as purchased, this is because we pride ourselves on a fast efficient service. On occasion we are let down by a 3rd party, in this case RM - who I have spent quite sometime speaking with in order to resolve this delay. Unfortunately as mentioned it is beyond our control and the item is now with customs pending release in your country. Since Brexit we have seen an increase in these delays which is why we now only send using a tracked service, but as you so rightly mention this has fallen down with the item being delayed and untrackable for sometime, for which we have apologised. No one is more frustrated by delays such as these than us as this now affects our overall rating on Trustpilot, as you will note the vast majority of reviews praise the speedy delivery. Once the item arrives we are more than happy to accept a return as per our returns policy,
