Christmas present buying
I ordered something from here as a present for my boyfriend for Christmas. Unfortunately - due To the Royal Mail chaos over Christmas, there was a delay in me receiving my item.
However - the customer service I received throughout was absolutely exceptional. Jo responded to my email almost immediately and helped me track down my parcel. She checked in every few days to check whether it had been received and was generally just lovely to deal with!
Given this was completely out of her control, her attitude was just what I needed and I’d like to say a huge thanks to her! Definitely worth buying from Jo!

Good price, delivery ok but through Royal Mail. Would have preferred a tracked courier delivery, hence 4 star. Overall a good service. Thank you!

I ordered a pair of Bear komplex carbon…
I ordered a pair of Bear komplex carbon comp grips 12 days ago and the money has been taken from my account. I have had no response as to what has happened with my order i have emailed twice with no reply. when i check my order status it says goods are being prepared for dispatch with no shipping notified.

5 star service - Bear Komplex Grips
Excellent service and communication. Grips I ordered were on back order and Jo kept me up to date throughout. I will definitely be ordering again.

It was great
It was great, the packaging is not the best but, all and all the product is in one piece and that’s all that matters. The instructions are a bit bewildering so you have to either figure it out yourself or use google search. To conclude this, I am not stressed out about the instruction than the actual product, the product came in one piece but most importantly it came so I’m okay with that.

Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding customer service, quick delivery and great product.
Jo and the team at RXROX were absolutely fantastic - I bought the wrong size for my girlfriend (twice) and there were absolutely no questions asked with the exchange which was taken care of quickly.
I can't recommend RXROX enough and will definitely be buying from them again!
