Ordered a Ryder Toys ride-on vehicle in early December 2025 as a Christmas gift for my daughters. It arrived on Christmas Eve, so I rushed to assemble it for the next morning. Unfortunately, it came... See more

We got their 48V model and couldn’t be happier. It’s a satisfyingly sturdy and powerful toy. It’s high quality and great valueI! It was easy to order, professionally shipped and easy to put together.... See more
I bought a $500 car. The battery stopped holding charge after 3 weeks. Their only support is to tell you to buy a voltmeter and somehow test a battery that is inaccessible. Crazy customer service and... See more

Got one of their cars as a gift to my grandson last Christmas and he totally love it! doesn't want to do anything except playing with his toy car. Totally exceeded my expectations and true that it will last for 2-3 hrs. Just has some delays but their customer support did a great job on keeping track of my order and made sure it arrives just in time for Christmas. really recommend this company.
Their Music is the Best Part!
I asked them to send me this link specifically so I could write a review. I see several "terrible experiences" from other reviews, but we did NOT have the same experience. These little cars are obviously made in another country, but that was expected. Some of the little goofy add-ons are cheap, but the reality is, they all are.
The buggy works great and my 3 year old has been cruising around our property and loves it. Features work and we haven't had any issues.
Customer service was responsive and I'd buy another one at this point.
You aren't paying $800 for a high end, handmade, perfectly crafted machine - you get what you've paid for. I'm sure their margins are high, but I personally cannot manufacture myself what I've purchased here, soooo who am I to complain over plastic parts and beautifully recorded Chinese music??
I feel like I fell for a scam
I feel like I fell for a scam. The website is great, it says you’re buying from a us family owned company. The buggy is SO SMALL - it says it’s meant for up to age 11 but there’s no way. It’s a cheap Chinese piece of crap. The recordings are in broken Chinese, the touchscreen doesn’t work, can’t put music on it, half the words are spelled wrong and don’t get me started on the user manual. And it was so damn expensive.
It seems many people have the same…
It seems many people have the same problems. We get a car, it is broken, we have to wait forever to get a part, often chasing Ryder for answers.....then the car is out of warranty so no one ever actually gets use of the warranty. Either stand behind your product while supporting your customers or stop your business until you can support customers the way they should be.

Received the car for my granddaughter and opened the box for instructions. No instructions and went online to find this company is closed and I can not find anywhere how to put this car together. Sad, sad, sad…
SO WORTH IT!! ❤️
I was skeptical at first when I read reviews here before purchasing but i took a chance and IT'S WORTH IT because I have a little bug that's going to be very happy on Christmas morning!! Decided to get our present this holiday with Ryder because of their warranty and the ladies I chatted with, I think it was rein and dani. my sister tried other online stores but their warranty is garbage, no support or even parts when needed!! Decided to post my review here since most good reviews are never posted!! Ryder Toys you have another customer next holiday season!!
Ryder Toys is not worth it
Ryder Toys has tried to remove my review...their customer service was very responsive but the actual business is terrible. We bought our son a dune buggy ($699) in August. The front axle broke from regular use within two weeks. I reached out to the company and it was covered under warranty... unfortunately the axle was not in stock for three months. They would not assist me finding the part wholesale, they would not refund the vehicle or give any money back unless I disassembled it and mailed it back to them (and also in doing that they make you sign a waiver saying if any pieces are missing they can hold you liable for thousands of dollars). Absolutely no help from them. Finally we got the part MONTHS later and now the vehicle is out of warranty, so if anything else is wrong with it we are just out of luck. Please spend your money elsewhere. We had a miserable two children on our hands and a sad bank account. It was ridiculous.
Perfect for Santa's Gift!
My daughter has been asking for her own buggy for a whole year now and i asked her to write santa a letter and she did. I bought her ride on early for Christmas cos I know how crazy shipping can get during holidays. It's also so crazy how FedEx was able to find my address with no problem. I have assembled the car - it was so easy btw. I just can't wait to see my daughter's reaction when she sees it.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, $900.00 TOY BROKE IN THE FIRST WEEK AND 2 MORE TIMES AFTER THAT. NOW MY "WARRENTY" IS UP AND THEY WONT HELP EVEN THOUGH THE FIRST BREAK DOWN TOOK WELL OVER A MONTH TO EVEN RECIEVE THE PART.... TERRIBLE BUY! BUY FISHER PRICE, YOU'LL THANK YOURSELF LATER. TRUST ME ... AND FISHER HAS A 1 YEAR WARRENTY.

The customer service attitude is quite satisfactory, and the shipping pace is extremely quick. Thank you; I'll place another purchase. strongly advise!!
The all wheel drive buggy is a decent…
The all wheel drive buggy is a decent choice if you are in the market for power wheel. The car can pick up some serious speed on the high speed mode. When the kiddos let off the gas it does brake pretty quickly so keep that in mind when purchasing for young kids. The control on the remote are pretty intuitive and has a range of probably around 75-100 feet.
- Pros:
- Strong motors (max speed around 6-7mph
- Strong 24V battery
- Nice leather seat covers and adjustable seats
- Touchscreen music player with videos and games
- Can charge the car directly or take out the battery and charge the battery directly.
- Cons:
- Long charge time
- Hard to connect to bluetooth
- Heavy so it is hard to move around for storage
- Have to scoot the seat all the way forward to take the battery out
I bought my little man a military jeep
I bought my little man a military jeep, and it arrived in less than a day. It seems like the car was shipped from a Utah facility because we live in Utah. The only issue was that when I believed the item would arrive, the hub caps and steering wheel were missing. They promptly replied to my email to inform me that it is located beneath the front hood. All was well, but for our concern over missing parts.
Sad Christmas for the Kids
ORIGINAL POST (with update below): I ordered a Drift Cart for my kids for Christmas. On it's website, the weight capacity is listed at 150 lbs (or it was -- we'll get to that later) but when it arrived the spec sheet lists the weight capacity at 30kg (66 lbs). I've been trying to get a reply from the company for almost a week about sending it back and get either automated replies or messages saying "we're working on it". When they finally replied, they said that "they did their own testing and rate it at 150lbs." I told them that a 300lb man can sit in a chair rated to hold 100lbs for a short while before it breaks. For that reason, I prefer to follow the manufacturer's specs. GUESS WHAT THEIR RESOLUTION WAS, they removed the 150lb weight capacity from the specs. I actually have no problem for that for NEW purchases (although I imagine most buyers will want to know the weight capacity), but it doesn't solve the issue for people who already purchased the good. This company is as shady as it gets. I wouldn't trust anything they say. I'd read the bad reviews, as the reviews here and elsewhere are consistent with my experience. Consistent with another reviewer, they have no customer support line where you can actually reach a person, so issues have to be resolved over a very slow email system.
UPDATE: They originally offered a refund with a sizable restocking and shipping fee. When I told them the credit card company already was going to refund the full balance and that I planned to share my experience with others, they offered a full refund (without fees). If they follow through on that, I will increase the stars to reflect that the issue was ultimately resolved.
UPDATE 2: Despite written confirmation stating the amount of the refund $290, they still refunded only $160 (i.e., they imposed a $130 shipping and restocking fee despite delivering a damaged product with specs that do not match the information provided only). Stay away!

Had the car for 3 months and it stopped working. Tried everything that was suggested and spent an additional $150 to get it fixed and still not working. No number for support and a long communication delay in trying to resolve the issue. Disappointing to say the least for an $800 toy.
Good for gifts!
One of the priciest 24V power wheels…
One of the priciest 24V power wheels available is this one. went back and forth between upgrading it ourselves and purchasing a less expensive one from Walmart, but I didn't feel like taking on the hassle. I firmly think that we made the proper decision because it comes with all the premium enhancements we were searching for right out of the box. For parents seeking a high-quality vehicle with additional power for their child, I highly suggest the XXL UTV.
We recently purchased the Dune Racer…
We recently purchased the Dune Racer for our 2 grandsons, aged 5 and 3. The product was advertised as being size appropriate for children up the the age of 7 so we anticipated many years of use by the boys. When our 5 year old sat in the Racer we saw that it was just large enough for him with no room to spare (he is a small to normal sized 5 year old - not overweight). We inquired if it could be returned, thinking that we would replace it with a larger one, but were informed that since we had opened and constructed the Racer it could not be returned. We kept it and the boys enjoyed it tremendously for a short period of time before the left front motor went out. Ryder sent a replacement motor without incident and we got it back running. Very shortly thereafter the right front strut broke from what appeared to be normal 5 year old driving skills on relatively flat and open terrain. We contacted Ryder again and, after much persuasion, they agreed to take the product back and refund us our money minus a handling fee of $157. We are disappointed that this product was not as advertised (size) and that it broke repeatedly with normal usage AND, that we are being charged an excessive handling fee to return a product for reasons that were not our fault.
Spend your money elsewhere
Jeep was not working properly since I unboxed it. Tried sending me parts to repair it with no luck. Now I’m out about $800 and it doesn’t work so my kids didn’t get to enjoy it at all. Save your money and sanity. Way overpriced junk
Still waiting on missing parts
Still waiting on missing parts. It's been 3 months and can't use the toy with my kids.
Unfortunately the outer package arrived…
Unfortunately the outer package arrived absolutely mangled and the item had a crack in the body of the vehicle. We reached out via email and they were able to send us a replacement car about a day later. Was very upset that the original item arrived damaged but was pleasantly surprised by the prompt resolution.
