They had a hard to find book in stock and at a reasonable rate. When the book got lost on the mail, they responded quickly to email and rectified the problem. Highly recommended.

Good communication, product in perfect condition and good quality

Ordered a calendar on 25th November had to change the address on it, very difficult to do.

Still not received. If they had a phone number would assist greatly.

Have chased today but their communications are very poor.

I had a problem with not being able to track my order. It unfortunately seems you have to make an account to be able to track which is a bit annoying BUT - once I emailed it was dealt with very quickly and new items sent to me at no extra cost.

Initially I didn't hear anything about my order for a few days, but I have to admit that I should have set up an account, so I could track my order. I emailed ryefield books, and they got back to me promptly and gave me a royal mail tracking number for my item. All in all a great level of customer service. Item was well packaged too. Thanks 👍

Fantastic company for books. I had placed an order for the deluxe collection of the twilight saga from here as it was the best price I found. Shipping was super fast, packaged carefully and books arrived in perfect condition! I will definitely use Ryefield books again

Ordered a lovely travel planning map fro Japan form Ryefield Books - and it arrived very swiftly, perfectly packaged and was perfect for our road trip around Japan.

Item arrived promptly

Ordered a book, heard nothing for a week. Contacted customer service who told me it had been dispatched and checked the delivery address with me. I waited another week. Suddenly, I get a refund from nowhere and no more contact with the customer service team, and the book I ordered had disappeared from their website. They clearly had sold me a book that they didn't have, and rather than let me know of their mistake they just sent me a refund after 2 weeks with no infomation. Pitiful.

Placed an order for x2 CDs (in stock) on 18th December 2024. No communication or indication of despatch and website 'down'.
It's hard to be positive about this seller.

I don't even know if the ordered has been dispatched.
Ryefield's website has been down for the past 48 hours.
