This company could not have been more helpful when my husband went to hire the van on a Friday.
My husband was informed that when he dropped the van off the next day the office would be open until 12ish. He was told to drop the keys through the letter box and as long as it was dropped back on Saturday it was OK as the van would
not be needed or inspected until Monday.
We then received a rude message on our Facebook page telling us that we cannot drop the van off anytime we like and that we would be charged for another full day's hire of £140.
This company does not live up to their word. They came across very helpful letting us believe that we were not to worry about getting the van back on time because it was not needed.
We put £250 deposit down aswell as the £140 van hire and they took £140 from our deposit for another day's hire. My husband went with his friend to hire the van who is witness as to what the company told my husband about bringing the van back. The company does not live up to it's word and are misleading.
