Saw this picture on my LG Frame TV and was super happy to find the original painting for sale in Australia. Bought immediately and while it took a time to arrive due to an exhibition and there were some initial challenges it came to the UK in only 4 days. Perfectly wrapped and a beautiful painting. Very pleased.

I've purchased 3 times from Saatchi Art…
I've purchased 3 times from Saatchi Art and had problems with 2 orders. On my first order, the item got held up in customs for at least a month. I could not get anyone from Saatchi to assist via email, phone calls, etc. I finally came out here and left a one-star review and, lo and behold, someone reached out. After that experience, it took me a few years to try them again. My 2nd order said "free shipping". I received the item and shortly thereafter began receiving invoices from FedEx. The artist somehow made me responsible for the shipping charges. I reached out to Saatchi and their proposed solution is for me to pay the shipping charges, keep evidence, provide evidence to them, and they'll reimburse me. What?! Before I started receiving the invoices from FedEx, I made a 3rd purchase from Saatchi with which I had no issues - or at least none that I'm aware of yet. I am not a complainer, but I feel others need to be aware of the issues with this company. It's unfortunate because I've gotten really lovely pieces from them. But it's definitely not worth the hassle-factor.

In the case of the shipping charges, the artwork was shipped from an artist in Ukraine, where ongoing logistical challenges have occasionally resulted in carriers invoicing import-related fees after delivery. We recognize that this was not the experience you expected, and we requested a copy of the FedEx invoice so we can verify the charge and reimburse you accordingly.

To me, it is like a museum. I have learned a lot looking at the multitude of art genres and styles. My taste has changed and has been enriched.
I can't afford originals, though I bought a few. Now, more and more, I am satisfied with prints, They are excellent.
The problem now is that there is no more room to hang them or even stack them upon other art!!

The ZenDesk experience was terrible
The ZenDesk experience was terrible. Emails sent to Saatchi wouldn't get through. The “customer service” phone line went straight to voicemail every time and i never got a callback. (I think they contract out customer service.) I’m surprised we actually got the deal done. Good thing i ordered 4 months early for this 25th anniversary gift for my spouse. Eventually we resorted to carrier pigeons to exchange info. My gosh… Even the customer service agent was complaining about “technology”, which was totally accurate.

This is about the 10th painting I have purchased at Saatchi! The service and the art, as well as the artists whose work I have purchased has been splendid. The prices are good, and it lets you buy work by emerging artists that you might not ordinarily afford.

The art arrived poorly stretched
The art arrived poorly stretched; not tight but flapping. Difficult to re-stretch without damage to the piece because it was wrapped over the edge. Given that it arrived stretched anyway, it could have been delivered framed. Some simple framing options would have been appreciated. Overall, it was a difficult exercise and it need not have been. Subsequently, Seller gave me a small refund to compensate for the extra cost incurred.
