I absolutely love the saber that I got my only complaint is the box it came in was really thin and I could tell you UPS had to tape it multiple times throughout the delivery both the outer box and then the inner box were completely destroyed luckily the saber itself was not damaged at all. I am planning on ordering more at one point when I can afford it but hopefully next time I'll have a thicker box...

Products look and sound great, they're well balanced, and are honestly more durable than they would seem based on how the blade is attached.

I received my light saber with a missing piece and I reached out to support who then gave me a tracking confirmation which was either incorrect or my piece was shipped to a different state. Still trying to get this issue resolved.

My son was elated when he got his Anakin and duelist sabers for Christmas.
The sabers are high quality and SabersPro stands behind their products.
We had an issue with one of the sabers, but customer service was on it, and after some troubleshooting, the problem was resolved.

Communication and product selection were great. I am unfortunately giving one star because product processing and shipping was woefully deficit. I ordered and estimate was to arrive two weeks. Due date came and went and I reached out to inquire about order. Realized order was not even shipped. I wanted the product for a event and now it would not get delivered till after date. Shipping order processing needs to improve. Communication with seller was good otherwise and I had wished the order processing had matched communications.

I had an issue with a blade and there was zero hesitation to help me. Very pleased. I will be purchasing more sabers in the future.

It is the third saber of SabersPro. What's to say? Perfect! I love your sabers. The replicas are all like in the cinema. The sounds are outstanding good. They are worth every penny! Thanks so much again.

This is the best lightsaber company for affordable high quality lightsabers

Fantastic lightsaber as always EXCEPT for one minor gripe. The Pixel Blade is 7/8ths of an inch. I did not know this as SabersPro does not list the sizes of ANY of their blades on any given product page for their lightsabers. You might think that's nit-picking, but if you have any kind/brand of lightsaber with a 1" blade, you will notice this difference in diameter immediately.

Given that the Obi Wan EE lightsaber employs a 7/8" blade and NOT a 1" blade, this means you cannot use a HEX Ultra-Bright Pixel Blade w this lightsaberm as they are always a 1" blade. It's not a bad thing, I just wish I knew this before-hand. Other than that, it's a terrific saber with loads of charm and looks fantastic. Great hilt design (without the ignition brick), clean, simple and elegant. Recommended.

Once again, the team at Saberspro is always professional as well as helpful with customer service that is second to none. This has always been and my go-to saber company, and it always will be. Saberspro is simply awesome.
