Amazing Service

Having had my motorbike stolen, the thought of dealing with the insurance filled me with dread.

I couldn't have been more surprised, the claims team at Sabre were excellent, communicative, supportive and processed my claim very smoothly and quickly.

Theft claim

My experience with Sabre Direct was generally positive. I made a theft claim and it was approved quickly once I provided all the required evidence and documents. The claims process was straightforward, and I was happy with how efficiently my claim was handled.

One area that could be improved is customer support availability. If you need to make changes to your insurance policy during the weekend, there is no live chat service available, and you have to leave a message and wait until Monday for a response. It would be much more convenient if the live chat service was available from Monday to Sunday instead of only Monday to Friday.

Overall, I was satisfied with the speed and handling of my claim, but extending customer support hours to weekends would improve the customer experience.
