Hello, i bought a course on your website. I NEVER agreed for a Subscription but got charged anyway. What you do with you customers is illegal and i also read about a lot of negative reviews on trustpilot after this scam.
I give you 5 days to refund the money to my credit card otherwiese i will go for a chargeback with my bank and talk immediately to my lawyer. Your Terms of policy and terms of service is also on a language thats not readable. You should change that immadiatly or i will talk to singapore office for digital crime. I‘m from germany and i will get you if you dont change that!!!!

SCAM...... I told them to cancel my trial subscription and they confirmed they did and charged me a full subscription, never responded to my e-mails, no refund !!!

I purchased a $20 course after seeing an Ad on Instagram. I took a screenshot of the login details at the time of purchase, and thank goodness I did as I never received an email nor a text with the details. I tried to log in and was taken to a Russian website (not Sacrill). I am now trying to get my money back and have emailed hello@sacrill. I will also be telling Instagram about this.

It felt deeply personal, inspite of being digital. I had an excellent class, looking forward to the next workshop.

I´m trying Konnakol: Language of Rhythm. I highly recommend it! It is super fun, clear, and refreshing!! I´m not a musician but I found this course interesting, and I also wanted to try something new with my couple. And we Love it!!!!

FRAUD. Its a scam, purchased several courses by mistake due to diliberately confusing and misleading 'proceed with purchase' buttons, requested refund as per Sacrill instructions, no reply, no refund. AVOID. This is a flagrant fraud.

I couldn t log in, I wrote am email and very quikly the problem was solved. I am happy, thank you!

Mana Movement.
It was said, the course is for women but I wanted to do it, no matter I'm a man.
The course goes from conntecting the self to breath, then expanding this step by step to further movements. It ends with improvising dance with the topic allways to be connected from the inside and the breath.
I recommend the teacher and course Mana Movement.

it’s shocking to see here many people who have been charged for 59 $ without being asked permission.. this is literally fraud.. i have purchased a course for 19 dollars and a week later I became an sms from my bank that a purchase of 59 dollars has been made from sacrill company.. i sent an email to the company to request my refund but became no answer.. if people with the same situation come together we can sew this company..this is really unacceptable! and i have tried to contact them via whatsapp support number but guess what ? support for my country phone code number is not available and my message could not been delivered..

Very nice experience of conecting with my body, my feminin self and expresing my inner energy with this beautiful graceful gentle movement. Mooving meditation, feeling present moment. Love it and definitely will practice daily :) Thank you for this beautiful course :)

BEWARE! Purchased a 20USD class from an add seen on Instagram. After 7 days, I was billed an extra 59USD, because my "free trial" has ended!! What free trial?? I never subscribed to a free trial, I purchased one class! SCAM is written all over that company. Getting a refund is nearly impossible. I had to file a claim for fraud - robbery is fraud - through my credit card company to get the refund.

I’ve purchased a course which I didn’t get access to due to it being available using computer rather than a mobile phone which seems very odd. Now they have taken 59 USD out of my account which I didn’t consent to and no response from their customer team. What a nightmare!

After a long correspondence I finnally received my money that was taken from my account for something I didnt choose. Thank you Sacrill for being fair at the end. But I do suggest that you change that policy - because it will continute to bring you bad reviews.

After buying a course which came through as advertised I now have a subscription and I have been in touch with customer support but it still mentions that a payment will be deducted tomorrow after having received the confirmation this will not be the case. It is very starnge this is not showing in my account. Let's see hwat happens now.

It seems that the courses never exist in the first place. Paid for unlimited access, never got any. Customer support only asks you to provide the same basic info (that they already have) multiple times. Then complain that they 'lose your emails due to a technical error' and never refund. I eventually refunded via Visa chargeback scheme, took me around a months. Do 1 out of 10, do not recommend.

bought a course there a week ago. the course is amazing, I like that there is no blinking while watching (I’ve experienced it before with another platform)

Never got access to the courses. Customer service didn't respond to my messages but kept sending me more offers to purchase. Not worthy of even one star. I am deeply disappointed.

Paid them, but never got access to the courses. Refund process is a neverending nightmare.
