I had a great experience with SAE Solar, from the initial consultation with Mark to when Corey and the boys came out to do the install. Corey and his team were amazing. It wasn't the easiest of jobs (terracotta roof) but they just got on with it. Hard working, polite and respectful. Very impressed.

The whole process from start to finish was really smooth and professional. I was regularly updated with progress and scheduling. The team that did the installation did a great job and consulted with me throughout to ensure suitable placement of the inverter and EV charger.

After having SAE install our solar panels and ducted air con. in 2017 I decided to use them again to install our Tesla Powerwall battery. Tim and team did a wonderful clean job. They explained all aspects of the battery and set up the monitoring app on my iPad. Nothing was too much trouble they were most helpful . I would recommend SAE to anyone.

It took a while, with delays and miscommunication, but FINALLY our solar system installation was completed today. All involved were professional and got the job done. Hopefully, we will be reducing our carbon footprint. Thank you SAE group!

Sales and quotation staff never responded with quotes or followed up with phone calls to advise on delays with the quote. Months went by before they contacted me again
I would not recommend this company purely based upon their non-commitment to providing quotations for customers.

Brand new system not working after 2 days, and having to wait more than a month for a service technican to call. Priority needs to be given to service or equipment faults. I would have thought these issues particularly a faulty new system should be resolved withinn a week.
Very disapointed, I would not recomend on this baisis.

Tyson from the start was very open and honest.
We had just had a death of a preborn baby when he arrived. He showed great compassion on the day.
He was very informative and remains so.
Our stepson Cam is in the same game in Albury Wodonga. He told us that the price was very fair, and I then accepted the quote.

I spoke with Tyson for the first time 4 weeks ago. Friday 20 Jan 2023. The system is working today Fri 17 Feb 2023 with all the approvals.
Makela called me last Friday 10 Feb 2023 and asked if I would like an early install and I said Yes.
Arm turned up to do the install on Wed 15 Feb.
From Thursday 16 to Fri 17, he had an offsider by the name of Chris.
At 4.50 on Friday 17 Feb 2023, we are producing 5 kW.
The home is using 2.8kW.
The grid is getting 2,1kW.
How good is that?

SAE Group were great at the start until 7 years later the whole system fails 26 panels I have been trying to get answers for over three months I can only get answers from an office assistant lovely human,but I can’t get any body in Authority to answer me, I have had and paid for Another company to access the system they told me it was stuffed I then sent that assessment to SAE who then sent there own people to assess and said we will have to charge you that our answer was if it’s not working how can you charge us it was stuffed so they didn’t 👍🏻But three months later the only thing we know is the Chinese manufacturer of the panels has not answered their warranty claim but we are no further in front after 3 months the warranty runs out in three years I would advise anybody to heed my warning they are no where near who they say they if you have solar off them now wait 7 years to see how honest they you will be massively disappointed as we a couple elderly Queenslanders with a stuffed solar system supplied by the SAEGroup👎 Coop

Second system I've purchased from SAE group, both experiences went really well. Priced fairly, timing was only delayed by supplier, on site install was efficient and tidy and all staff that we dealt with were great.

SAE Group's customer representative, Tyson Rice, has been an outstanding, professional, and knowledgeable agent for us. He carried the sales and quoting process with utmost focus on timely communication for pricing, lead times, and made it very clear to us what to expect from the entire process.

The scheduling team (Zoe and Nikayla) were incredibly efficient and accommodated us in full.

The install team, on the hottest day of the year that our install dates fell on, was the most hard-working, enthusiastic, and efficient team we could have asked for. Long hours both days on our roof, and they had a smile on their faces at the end of the day when we caught up with them. Their technical skills, to turn on our system, was impressive, and our system is now functioning as intended. They ensured they stayed through until the final handover was fully complete, with training and adjustments on the control app.

The entire process was seamless for us, and we always knew what the next steps will be - there were no unknown gaps or delays where we were left wondering.

Overall, SAE Group is a team of professional experts who are making a big difference in the solar market.

From the initial contact with the sales team all the way through to the system being signed off - the process was smooth and efficient. The installation team were always very polite, punctual, listened to my thoughts and cleaned up each day. Have recommended to others. This was the second system installed on our roof to compliment the existing system. Using same brand Inverters, we were able to marry up and configure through the energy portal the two inverters to give a total consumption, balance and feed in of energy.

I can't recommend SAE Group more highly, very professional from sales to installation. The staff could not do enough to help with every step.
Installation teams are professional in all aspects in doing the job.
