SafeHerit is a private digital inheritance platform designed to help you make sure the people you care about can find the information they need to claim your assets if something happens to you. Most families do not lose access to wealth because there was no will. They lose access because nobody knew what existed, where it was held, or how to begin claiming it. SafeHerit was built to solve that problem by giving you one secure place to record information about your bank accounts, investments, insurance policies, real estate, crypto wallets, business interests, important documents, and other assets or important information. You decide what information to record, who should receive it, and when it should be disclosed. You can assign different information to different beneficiaries, so each person only receives the information intended for them. SafeHerit uses a configurable verification process, including periodic check-ins and trusted contacts you nominate, to help confirm your status before anything is disclosed. What makes SafeHerit different is how seriously we take your privacy. Sensitive information is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers, and SafeHerit cannot read, decrypt, or recover your private content. This means your information remains private while you are alive, and is only made available to the right people under the conditions you set. SafeHerit does not store, manage, or transfer your actual assets. It stores encrypted information about your assets. It is also not a legal will, financial service, or substitute for professional estate planning. Instead, SafeHerit complements legal estate planning by solving a different problem: making sure the people you care about actually know what exists and how to access it, at a time when clarity matters most.

SafeHerit hit the mark for me

I've got assets scattered across three countries, because life gets complicated when you operate cross-border. I'd been meaning to sort out the what happens if I get hit by a bus question for years. Tried password managers, tried a physical folder in the safe. None of it actually solved the real problem: making sure my wife could piece everything together without a six-month hassle.
SafeHerit actually nailed it. The easy encryption is what got me through the door. Everything else is a bonus.
The Pulse Check feature is genuinely smart.
I also liked that I could segment the family stuff, a business partner gets the corporate details...
Setup was painless. Doesn't feel like you're filing a regulatory return. If you've got properties, multiple bank relationships, investments in different jurisdictions. this is just practical.
Saved me from being the guy whose family spends two years untangling his financial life. That alone is worth it.

Making something this critical feel simple was one of the harder design problems we faced, and it is rewarding to know it landed that way for you.

A secure method for storing financial information and determining who can access it, and how and when they can do so

In a quest for increased efficiency and to stay on top of everything, I have organized much of my life digitally. When it came to organizing my finances, however, there were specific criteria that were difficult to meet.

I was looking for a method that would allow me to:

1. access a complete and up-to-date picture of my financial data at any given time
2. ensure the data is stored with a high level of security
3. organize it in such a way that, should it become necessary, the information could be transferred under circumstances that *I* define, to people that *I* select

Enter Safeherit. When I discovered the tool, I was sceptical about how secure it could be, as my understanding was that data stored on most cloud platforms could theoretically be accessed by third parties.

I did some research to better understand this and realized two things:

1. Safeherit chooses to operate with a zero-knowledge architecture and does not harvest customer data for business insights. Many other cloud platforms rely on data collection as part of their business model. Safeherit’s approach is to avoid this entirely.
2. Safeherit is flexible in its use. In need of a tool that will be reliable in a "knock-on-wood" moment to transfer information to others based on preselected criteria? Check. In need of a super-safe aggregator for all your financial data so you can have a complete overview? Check. In need of a method to store work information, passwords, etc that can only be released to co-workers under pre-defined circumstances? Also check.

Safeherit appears to address these needs. So far, I am happy with my choice.

Reviews this detailed are particularly valuable, both to us and to anyone evaluating the platform, and we appreciate you taking the time to write one.

The three criteria you opened with are the exact problem set SafeHerit was designed to address: a complete view of what you have, kept secure to a standard that survives scrutiny, and released only to the people you choose under conditions you define.

Glad you took the time to verify the zero-knowledge claim for yourself. That kind of due diligence is precisely what we hope users will do before trusting any platform with sensitive information.

The flexibility you describe is also intentional. People come to SafeHerit for different reasons, including inheritance planning, a private overview of personal finances, and controlled release of work-critical information, and the platform is built to handle all of them under the same security model.

Safeherit gives piece of mind when it comes to inheritance management

Safeherit is exactly the kind of website I am looking for. I have heard horror stories from friend’s whose relatives passed unexpectedly and the complexity surrounding handling inheritance assets is real - even if there is a will in place.

After using Safeherit I got some real piece of mind in terms of how to ensure my assets will be known and distributed to my family and friends according to my wishes once the inevitable time comes.

My main concern about these types of sites is security however I think their security system is extremely robust.

Thank you for the thoughtful review.

The stories you mention are exactly the kind of situations SafeHerit was built to help prevent. Even when a will exists, families can still be left struggling if they do not know what assets exist, where they are held, or what steps to take next.

We are glad SafeHerit gave you peace of mind and helped you feel more prepared. Security is the right thing to scrutinize before trusting any platform with sensitive information, and we appreciate that you looked closely before drawing your conclusion.

Legacy made easy

SafeHerit solved one of my biggest headache ! I like to be discreet with my finances and assets, but sometimes life does not go as planned...

With SafeHerit I could securely inventory sensitive information such as crypto holdings, bank accounts and even company details, and decide who I let know about it if I'm not here anymore.

The whole system is clever and easy to use. The option to leave a personal message and a video for your loved one is a great attention.

While I intend to live a long time I feel relieved to know that it's there !

Thank you for taking the time to share this.

The scenario you describe is exactly why we built SafeHerit: people who value their privacy should not have to choose between discretion today and being prepared if things do not go as planned.

We are glad the personal message and video options resonated, and we sincerely wish you that long life.
