Three young gentlemen rescued me from a faulty and non-functioning alarm system by replacing it with a state-of-the-art alarm system, including a camera, three new smoke detectors and a special wristwatch to press in case I need medical attention. All of this for a reasonable monthly payment!

U guys don’t answer your customers questions. You keep your customers on the phone for a very long time waiting for an answer. it’s not right to charge your customers for paper statements for three dollars.

My system was installed Saturday Oct 11. I had no problem with the installer.
The issue is the camera has not worked properly. I was scheduled for service Friday Oct 17 between 5 and 6 pm. At 6 PM when no service man had arrived I called. It took 30 minutes to speak with a rep. I was told the serviceman was running late as he got held up on a previous call. At 7PM I was called to say that the serviceman would not be coming afterall as he was in the Hospital. Obviously I was mislead.
Today, October 20 , I have been calling to reschedule. No one answers or calls back.
The customer support for Safe Home is poor.
