Jay from safe home arrived on time and started to look all adt products and ask me some questions. He started the change over to safe home products and added on my cell phone and tablet the apps. Very happy to see it run nice.

Your sales rep and installation technician were outstanding. They were thorough in their especially area of expertise. They left no stone unturned and made themselves receptive for any and all questions. During the night after installation I encountered a problem that I could not correct. I notified the sales rep via email and he was quick to respond notifying me that the installer had been notified and would return to my residence the next morning to correct the problem in which he did and now the system works fine. Great service!

The people were very friendly and genuinely seemed concerned for our welfare. The installation went well and we were taught how to use the system. Our neighbor had their carbon monoxide warning go off the day before, and the fire department and gas company were dispatched. It seemed to be of good value and ensured our safety.

We need 2 remotes for a husband and wife. Promised the second remote but have mot received it.
The old alarms weren't removed from the front and back door. Cancelation notification to previous company was not initiated promptly which caused 2 security system payments for September.
