I had transferred ZBCN coin to SafePal, but I was not able to transfer out to exchange. I took help from SafePal Support. A few days ago, I bought a few dollars' worth of TRX from my SafePal wallet, but it didn’t show up in my account. I messaged SafePal support and was talking to someone named Devin. I think within two or three days, the money was returned to my account. At first, I was worried that no one would respond or that the money wouldn’t come back, and that no one would care about $5, especially since it was my first experience with SafePal support. Fortunately, they handled it very well, and the money was returned to my account.

I like wallet BUUUUT there is a issue when habing to upgrade. They make you connect it to a pc which is a issue. One of the top selling aspects is the airgap and blah blah blah then you have to connect to a pc is ridiculous. Why would it be air gapped when the risks is connecting to your or a computer? Ellipal has a wallet that can be updated with sd card and has a external sd device thatvcomes with the wallet. I would recommend the Ellipal wallet over the safepal wallet for now

When I tried withdrawing in Nov, at first a reply came back saying because of the trading volume, my withdrawal is in Queue.
So I cancelled the withdrawal, they did it.
In Dec I tried to withdraw again, it's still in Frozen status. And NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPLIES AT ALL. OVER A MONTH?!?
