Was an easy enough process,Chris & Anthony installed my son's bed, they were talkative polite & explained everything thoroughly & left the safe clean & tidy

Bed was quickly made to meet my son’s needs and installed lovely. Customer service was very good, fast reply through email

My son's safe spaces bed has made a huge difference to our lives. We've recently upgraded to a larger bed and it's been a pleasure to work with the safe spaces team. During the consultation they took in all aspects of our family life and home. The finished product is so well made. The installation team were brilliant, very thoughtful and accommodating.

What an amazing experience we were supported so well starting from the designing of the safe space to the aftercare. Staff were professional and polite and couldn’t do enough to provide an excellent experience. The quality of the safe space is fantastic my son loves it. Thank you!

From start to finish everything has been brilliant, With the design team making everything perfect to The instalation guys delivering & setting up.
The safespace has been an absolute blessing! I was worried he wouldnt take to it after co-sleeping with me for 8yrs, but he took to it straight away!
so we both are finally getting a better nights sleep & i can sleep knowing he is completely safe & secure during the night if he wakes up. Thank you all soo much, I really am grateful for everything you have all done xx

We have had a safespace at home for our son for the last 9 years. He recently moved out into supported living accomodation and we needed to replicate the safespace in his new home. The team supported us all the way through the process, including a video call to ensure the measurements were correct and plans could be drawn up for his new bedroon. The team also accomodated the timescales that we had for his transition and ensured the bed was ready for him the day he moved in. His succesful transition would not have been possible without a safespace bed.

Cannot praise the entire team at Safespace enough. Ours son’s wonderful new bed was installed by Colin and Mark, who were absolutely lovely. They were kind, took time to explain every aspect, cleaned up after installation and were just exceptionally nice people. Communication throughout the ordering process was great. The bed is of superb quality, and my son is very very happy.

Supportive friendly staff. The product it's self has been life changing

This bed has been a life changer for me and my little girl. Safespace allowed me to design the bed to fit the needs of my daughter. I can now sleep knowing that she is safe and with the large viewing window I can check on her without disturbing her sleep. She absolutely loves it and I feel so much relief knowing she is safe at night.

It has been a long few years in getting the safespace bed funded for my son who has severe learning disabilities and autism. But I cannot express how grateful and and thankful for the all the help I recieved through the safespace team, every single person has helped me from start to finish! Nothing was too much to ask. Going through the design process was amazing and if I wanted to change anything I could. I was sent all the relevant information and kept updated with every step for delivery and fitting. I honestly cannot recommend them enough they have truly changed mine and my sons life. Thank you again.

I absolutely love my daughter Safespaces. So dose my daughter darcie. I can now relax knowing my child can't get out her bed as this been awful worry last couple of years. And style of bed is fantastic. Plenty of room ideal for all darcie sensory needs .happy child happy mam 😊 ☺️

We recently had an issue where the zipper on our Safe Spaces bed had become detached from the zip track (no fault of the product more a heavy handed father getting a sheet caught and pulling to hard)

This as you can imagine caused us massive issues and it meant the safety of the bed was compromised meaning our daughter was free to get out and wander around the house at night which is very dangerous for her as she has no awareness of potential danger.

I spoke to Safespaces on the Monday morning as well as our Family Support worker and OT fearing this was going to take ages to get repaired. Everything went extremely well and was acted upon by all involved very quickly. So much so the quote and sign off was done and a repair was scheduled for the following Monday. Which is amazing seeing as they only have 2 vans covering the whole country.

The guys came on the Monday and as usual were very friendly and interacted with my daughter which is always nice as she struggles with strange things going on, the repair was done in less than 30 minutes.

I cannot thank Safespaces enough for jumping on this issues so quickly and getting it resolved. It really makes a difference when we have our special ones to look after.

Safe spaces bed installation for stoke on trent city council respite home - Installation staff were very helpful and friendly, they explained everything that they were doing before installation and checked some things with us before started to install. Once they ad installed it, he gave us guidance and advice on how to use it, cleaning tips and what we could use it for. He was very informative about he product.

This company has made a massive difference to our lives with their products the safe space. It's is been a life changing difference to manage behaviours as well and a calming, relaxed safe space for my daughter.
The company are amazing and the staff who actually fit the product are so polite and friendly and understanding . I really can't say thank you enough. Incredible.
